Parking lot: a small private lot off of a very busy street. Atmosphere: bright and filled with all kinds of medical equipment that you can think of! even recliners! Service: when I arrived, Judy greeted me. She pulled my paperwork and began to assist me. By the time she had my paperwork, Sheryl arrived, and she remembered who I was. Once all of the paperwork was done, Donald came over adjusted my scooter handle bars, gave me a tutorial on how to operate the knee scooter and assisted me once I was at my car. If you need equipment & quick and kind service, I recommend this place. After waiting two days for a technician to come out, I was then told repeatedly over the next two weeks that they were still waiting for the battery to be shipped from the manufacturer. Frustrated, I reached out to another company -- they diagnosed the issue, sourced the battery, and replaced it within 20 minutes of arriving, all within an hour of my initial call. The contrast in service was unbelievable. Ascher was a total waste of time. Their delay and lack of urgency were unacceptable, especially when dealing with equipment that elderly and handicapped people rely on daily. Absolutely awful experience -- I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

He is warm and personable from first greeting to final adieu. His medical training and experience are only exceeded by his humanity. In other words, he spends as much time with each patient as he deems necessary. Often, these interactions run overtime. Once experienced, I understood that a little waiting and patience are the price paid for Dr. Khan's engaging attention. He was thorough, able to review medical records from other doctors online as we spoke, and ready with keen questions, analysis and recommendations. I felt seen and appreciated by Dr. Khan.
