So I will go to another neurologist that hopefully will help me besides my RA Dr. This upset me to no end after being a patient for more then at least 10 yrs. So dont be seen by him if you want help bc he wont help you like he wont with me. Very upsetting.

Everybody was friendly and assistedme with directions to get to where the CT scan was taken. The hospital was very clean and orderly.. The hospital was very orderly. After the CT scan was complete, Julie assisted me back to the parking lot to my vehicle.After the CT scan was complete, me back to the parking lot to my vehicle. I've read where people have had a hard time getting the results. My doctor, Dr. Hussein call me that afternoon. I went over the results with me lined by line. overall was a pleasant, no stress or anxiety. Julie should get 11 stars out of 10 she did an excellent job, but I'm sure most patients feel the same way.

Yet this moron didn't refer me to a urologist till it was almost 5. When I first seen him in 2017 I didn't have a PSA. If he was a good doctor he would have recognized a problem sooner before metastasis. He's a horrible doctor and I hope he meets the same fate as me. Well that is not an option because my care credit is maxed out at this time. Vet bills, my dental implant etc. I leave the office because I said I have to think about it. I've been dealing with Springfield for years and today was the first time I had an issue. New answering service staff do not know anything about their job and are absolutely going to be a barrier to get treatment. It is obvious they are working from a script. They placed me on hold multiple times over a 20 minute and 5 sec period before finally transferring me to the direct office I requested from the beginning. Over 20 minutes just to literally make an appt. Administration needs to realize customer service is what keeps a company in business. This new answering service is horrible. If issues continue don't be surprised if clients start transferring services in large droves.

After a month of sessions that I had to lead, I inquired about my treatment plan. Was met with a blank look and the suggestion that I "draw my feelings" and "tear them up if they were too painful." In our last session, I relayed the details of a disturbing dream. She threatened to contact local law enforcement because I was "a threat to myself." Followed by an email stating that she "would remain in the video session" to support me. Less than 30 seconds later, her bill hit my credit card. Then there is Dr. Teresa Mathew. Without benefit of any type of assessment or evaluation, started writing prescriptions. Her answer to problematic side effects was to double the dosage. She spent, at most, 12 minutes of the allotted hour with me. But charges for the whole hour. Then there was the neurologist. When it came time for our appointment, we talked about whether or not insurance would cover it. After doing the research myself, it was determined that they do. I have yet to hear back from her. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE
