Horrible experience with this place. Ordered a door through Abraxis back in 2021 and the entire…read moreexperience was a disaster. First door arrived with shattered glass. The owner of this shop, Bob, initially seemed concerned but gave me bad direction on what to do with the door (he instructed me to leave it where it was delivered (i.e. in my driveway on a pallet), which turned out to be more than 1 month before I decided enough of this nonsense and took matters in my hand). He was supposed to be working with the delivery service and told me they'd come inspect it and take it with them. That was a lie. Shortly after his bad advice, he then went silent on me and I ended up dealing with the shipping company and door manufacturer on getting a new door. Bob was extremely unhelpful during the entire process. I had even asked for a receipt for the $900 door I paid for and after several requests, his wife finally sent one for the deposit but I never got the receipt for the final payment I made even having asking for it multiple times. Absolutely stay away from this place if you want a good experience.

We had some nice thick stained glass from a door we wanted to have mounted in new doors and then installed. He said they were backed up and it would be September before they could get to it. It's now October and I haven't heard a word even though I acknowledged this would be an expensive job. Not very good service in my opinion. I'd recommend to avoid this place.

Shortly after we moved in, my wife dropped a business card in a jar at a Farmers' Market where…read moreAnderson Windows had a booth. Josh came by over the summer and talked to my wife for quite a while about bay windows. He offerend some impressive new resident deals and summer discounts and my wife and I decided to wait and contemplate all the options and possibilities. Months went by and there was a cold snap one evening, during which I noticed the rear sliding glass door had frost on the inside. That suggested there was a problem with the door frame and moisture seeping in between the panes. We contacted Anderson again and even asked if the same salesman could be sent to our appointment. Josh showed up a second time, recognized us and the house, and showed us lots of options for sliding glass doors. When my wife asked, he called a supervisor and was able to offer the same discounts -- even though it was no longer summer. The bay window had been something of a whim; the sliding glass door had problems and needed to be replaced. We chose our options carefully, took advantage of the great discounts, and placed our order. Josh said it would probably be a little after the start of the year before our materials could be customized and assembled into a kit. A few weeks later, we got a text and an email from Anderson, stating they had completed the customization and pre-assembly and asking if we could be ready for installation on the first of December! We were quite happy with that, and made arrangements to be home and ready for noisy construction right after Thansgiving weekend. Jose was phenomenal! Although I expected him to arrive at Noon, my wife reminded me Anderson had mentioned he would arrive between Noon and 2PM. When he arrived around 1PM he noted that his partner had injured his shoulder at the previous job site and would, hopefully, be joining us later. I figured the half-day job for two people had just become a full-day job for one and it was already past noon when Jose arrived. I had online meetings to attend and my wife had phone calls to make, so we left Jose to do his thing and let him know which doors to knock on if he needed anything or had any questions. At that point, Jose fetched his tools and started in on the work. Jose was quite meticulous and precise in his work. I came out a few times just to see how things were going and he was always busy and never made much of a mess, even with the demolition efforts. At one point I was quite impressed to see him adjusting the frame all by himself, just nudghing the whole thing back and forth with his toes and the palm of his hand. It was clear he knew exactly what he needed to do and that he had a lot of experience doing all of the required steps. About five hours later I was surprised to come out and find him finishing up. He had never asked for anything and his partner had never joined him, but he got everything done and polished up without needing any involvement from me or my wife. He spent about a half-hour showing me the features and giving me special care and usage instructions, then my wife came out to ask if the job was done and he spent another 15 minute reiterating everything. We've had the new door for about a week now and it's working flawlessly. We're ecstatic that it could be delivered well before Christmas (and a couple days before our first real snowfall in the City of Loveland) and that Anderson was able to honor the discount they had offered months earlier. We're also quite imporessed with Jose's efficiency and quality of work!

I've had WestPro come quote the same job twice, once in 2023 and once in 2025. It was two very…read moredifferent experiences to the point of being hard to believe it's the same company. The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I'll update this review when I've heard back with legit quotes and decisions on a path forward. For now it's a very unimpressed meh.
