Of all the physicians, including endocrinologists, that I have seen for my Type II Diabetes over…read morethe last 30+ years, Dr. Naranjo has helped me to gain control over my blood sugars more than any other. What impresses me the most is her tenacity. She does not give up on her patients, which helped me to resume my fight against diabetes. She reminds me of my college Algebra professor, who would try many different doors to understanding for her students as she wanted all of them to succeed. If one method did not work, Dr. Naranjo was willing to try one after another until my A1c came down to 6.8 from as high as 10.2. Not only did she care for me as a patient, she ushered in a great deal of hope, hope that had pretty much waned to the point of sheer complacency. I gave up, letting go of all efforts to fight this silent killer. I will forever be grateful for Dr. Naranjo's intervention. My blood sugars are now under control thanks to the treatment protocols that she implemented.

The paper said to arrive in afternoon and on day of appointment showed up 15 minutes before the scheduled time, only to have receptionist say that appointment was actually moved to the morning. Well didn't get the memo so showed them the printed appointment for afternoon. Waited two and a half hours to be seen. Terrible scheduling on their part and not very personal or show any delicacy for patients. Receptionist cut me off a few times to answer their co workers questions and don't explain things thoroughly. If you are asked to wait in car, they take longer to call you in and then you have to wait at door for someone to open up. RIP. Quite a waste of time for someone recovering from surgery and have a great deal of lethargy. :( suggest to call ahead to double check appointment coz these ladies will forget to call

If you need to talk to a doctor, it is almost impossible. You leave a message and if they see it on time ; And they feel ok. they will call you back. But must likely they will text you.
