Long story short he is working on it, looks like I will be able to recover my data from the old puter and have it on the new one. BUT What really impressed me is the commitment he has to the local community. He is very dedicated to his customers. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He even does hospital visits to assist them with keeping in touch with their family. I will definitely keep coming back to him!

I paid the owner to repair my surround sound receiver, and he kept it for a year. During that time, I went to the shop weekly to inquire about its status, but he always had an excuse for the delay. Finally, he informed me that the repair was complete, and I picked it up. However, it was still faulty when I got home and tried to use it. I took it back to the owner, who admitted that he had left a screw loose inside the receiver, causing it to short-circuit again. He promised to fix it but failed to provide any updates. When I asked for progress reports, he became hostile and told me he would fix it when he could and drop it off at my household. However, it has been ten months since then, and I have not received any updates or the repaired receiver." "We visited his shop today to inquire about the receiver and a refund. However, when my father entered the store, the shopkeeper called the cops. It's worth noting that the store hours are from 10 AM to 2 PM on Fridays. The cops arrived and were very courteous. They had a conversation with both of us and informed us that they smelled marijuana inside the shop, and the shopkeeper's vehicle tags were two years overdue. The shopkeeper came out of the store and told us he would drop off my receiver at the police station, and it's working fine. He promised to do so at 3:00 PM." We arrived at the police station on time for the exchange, but the other party was 20 minutes late. He informed the police officer, who was also at the store earlier that day that the item was in working condition. However, he made many excuses and claimed that the item was "fuzzy" and that he couldn't refund us the total $190 for services. He also said that he would arrange a money order payment through the police department, which they do not do. We took the item home, but it behaved the same as when we gave it to him a year ago. While I am uncertain about the likelihood of him making the payment, based on experience, I am hopeful he will fulfill his commitment. If he fails, we may consider exploring legal options and contacting the Better Business Bureau to seek a resolution. I even brought this man old electronics gear that I thought he would be interested in as a gift months ago. Seeing how he treated us as if we were criminals today is a joke. The police even acknowledged this to us even though their hands were tied, and they couldn't do anything because it was a civil matter. It is advisable to exercise caution when conducting business with the said individual. He takes your money and gives you excuses for why he isn't fixing your stuff.

    I took our iPad Pro 2nd gen to have the battery replaced. I had called first before going out there…read moreon a Sunday 6/28/2026 & was told they worked on iPads. We went in & I told the tech the problems that we were having , that it kept going on & off only that morning & that it was getting hot at the area where the battery is. Being a master electrician & working on UPS systems I knew it was the battery. I also know you can't screw up the computer buy changing the battery.The tech wanted to do testing on it & I told him it was the battery to just change it. He said he would deduct the testing from the quoted price. He turned on the iPad & it came on no problems. It was losing charge quickly so again it was the battery. He said he would run a movie on it to see how it does so I said ok. The next day he called & left a message that they do not work on that iPad model, I called back & he told me it was because of the screen. I went to pick it up & what he did was killed the battery. He ran the movie on it & drained the battery completely. Now I can't access anything on it because it will not take a charge. The dumbest thing about the whole situation was I told him it was a iPad 2nd gen (he should've known then they don't work on them)& also he could have looked up the model number & serial number that was on the back of the iPad to confirm it. But I guess these tech's aren't that smart & shouldn't be working on electronic equipment. I know apple doesn't repair older models just to get you to buy new ones. But you can buy other brands of batteries that will work. This was a dick move they did screwing up our iPad & then claiming they don't work on that model. This is a unprofessional company
