I also really appreciate that they make an effort to keep the atmosphere quiet but they need to do walk throughs . I had to go to front desk 2 times to ask them to ask guest to quiet down. Most recently, I went with my spouse, and we had such a wonderful experience overall. Unfortunately, there was one major issue that really affected our visit: I became very sick with what I believe was food poisoning after eating from their kitchen. I experienced significant symptoms for the next couple of days. I reached out to them regarding what happened and was told someone would follow up with me about how they would address the situation or compensate me for the experience. Unfortunately, I still have not heard back. I genuinely love the spa, the atmosphere, and the services, which is why I hope they will take this situation seriously and follow up with me.
