Our little guy is thriving in school, not only have we seen an improvement in his academics, but his social and emotional skills as well. Not to mention he is thriving in his Spanish class. My son has only been here for a month. He was at his previous daycare since he was 2 months old (he…read moreis 19 months). Things we have noticed in comparison to his last daycare that we really like so far. They understand toddlers and are patient! The teachers (instead of standing back and watching) are down on the floor or always interacting. Which is a huge plus. At this age they need *all eyes on them*. The girls in his class are ALWAYS upbeat and happy and seem to have just a great attitude when it comes to working with these kiddos. This age is super hard because they cant communicate everything they feel and want and I greatly appreciate the patience they present. He has learned several signs, like, more, eat, all done. He says *yay* when going to school! He hugs and high 5s all of the teachers which is crazy awesome bc he was very shy and wouldnt interact with any of the front office staff at the previous daycare he had been going to for a year and 4 months, yet in one month (actually within the first few days) he was doing this with TLE's staff. I know you get what you pay for and in this sense it seems to really be paying off.

No energy, no personality, she would BARELY speak when dropping off in the morning. Always seem tired and overwhelmed. Complain a lot about not having enough help. NEVER had time to fill out the end of the day recap in my child's notebook (the notebook was pointless). I barely received photos of my child throughout the day, maybe (1-3 daily photos) and that's on a good day. (And it's no live video footage to watch your child). HUGE classroom volume compared to neighboring daycares. Regardless of "state ratio law" MANAGEMENT should know better! To many kids in one classroom (at this age) is NOT good for the child or teacher. An aid was eventually added but not sure if that helped. Nitika (the owner) was ok. Not great not terrible just ok. Henni (the director) was actually excellent with kids, they loved her. She was patient & communicated well, but ultimately everything goes through Nitika. Cost: $280 per week (4years old) I would NOT recommend this daycare to anyone in the Pearland area with young kids! Please seek elsewhere.

We watched the camaras all morning just in case and as we expected the teachers took it out on the baby. 1. stayed in the same little chair from 10 am to 11:45 am even though it should be a 15 min time limit. 2.all the other babies were being rotated and playing on the floor. 3. in that same chair, he faced an empty wall away from other kids all by himself. 4. the teacher dragged his chair across the room instead of picking him up and moving him. 5. no contact from the director about the scratches or the neglect.

But from the very beginning Ashlie made it as smooth and seamless as can be. It didn't take long for me to see the joy in my little ones face when I would pick him up from "school". His teachers Mrs. Lucy and Mrs. Nelson, in the infant room are phenomenal! He even reaches for them to take him when I drop him off. I am so appreciative for all the amazing and wonderful staff! And I couldn't have picked a better place. Even with another daycare right across the street from my subdivision, I am so glad I picked Primrose over convenience!
