The negative reviews left for me were left by local competitors and not by any of my customers. People in these reviews said that I didn't complete work that they couldn't get a hold of me and my address is fake is all a lie. When I first signed up to Yelp when I started my business a few years after that one real customer left a review about a housewash and none of my real customers have ever left another review on Yelp after that. If you feel like getting ripped off and the need to throw away some money, this is your guy…read more I hired this man to fix a leaky gutter joint and clean the gutters. He came and did not work with the leaky joint, I asked him how did he clean the gutters since I noticed he had no tools, and he claimed he cleared the debris with his hands, although I did not see any debris on the ground. I called him to let him know that the joint was leaking without any change, he admitted he did not get to the joint and that he would come over to fix the problem, after three weeks of not coming to fix the problem I started calling Bill, initially hanging the phone and after that he would not even answer the calls. Eventually he texted me claiming I was harassing him, and would report me to the police, since he "knew the law and his daughter works with the police". Eventually he came to "fix" the issue, which as you can imagine didn't work at all. After that I called a reputable contractor, who fixed the issue and showed me the gutters completely clogged with debris.
