Around 9:30 p.m., my husband, my daughter, and I came in together. Although we arrived together, we were each making our own separate purchases. There were only two employees working: a male lead and an employee named Bella. The male employee was helping my husband, and Bella was assisting another customer. When the male employee finished with my husband, my daughter went to his register for her purchase. Once Bella became available, I stepped up to her register. Instead of helping me, Bella asked if the other employee was already helping me. Both I and the male employee explained that we were making separate purchases, but she still seemed irritated. I even asked her, "If you don't want to help me, just let me know." Rather than reassuring me, she abruptly set my items down and appeared more interested in helping the customer behind me, who she greeted with a hug and seemed to know personally. It made me feel like I was being pushed aside so she could help a friend instead. The male lead actually stepped in and told Bella that I was next in line and that she needed to help me. Even then, Bella continued making comments as she walked by, and he told her she needed to stop because it was unprofessional. By that point, I felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed that I told her I no longer wanted her to assist me and would rather wait for the other employee. He apologized to me for the situation and acknowledged that Bella's behavior was inappropriate and said she would be receiving a verbal warning. My family spent between $700 and $800 during that visit, and we've been repeat customers for a long time. This wasn't about the amount of money we spent--it was about being treated with basic respect. No customer should be made to feel like they're less important because an employee wants to help someone they know instead. I appreciate how professionally the male lead handled the situation, and that's the only reason I'm not giving this place an even harsher review. I genuinely hope Bella reflects on how she treats customers because no one should leave feeling embarrassed or unwelcome after simply waiting their turn in line.

He always keeps me updated on my order, he pays attention to detail (he actually reads the delivery notes), and he's super kind and patient when I need to redo my signature or I get my pin wrong lol Getting flower delivered and being able to pay for it with my card is a dream. Throw Anthony in as a driver, and I can't ask for anything else (that AGA can control, that is, lol). Delivery is usually pretty quick, too, within an hour or two, but use your noggin and have some damn patience if it's peak hours or holidays. Smoke a bowl and chill. It'll get to you. To be honest, the service was great, but their products suck. When I received my pen, i opened the box and took a few puffs while walking back to my hotel room. When I got there, the pens battery completely died, or it was clogged. I contacted them right away, and they responded, "Try warming your cartridge with a hair dryer (lowest heat setting) or by rubbing it between your hands to warm up the oil and change its viscosity. You can also poke a toothpick or safety pin gently in the hole to help de-clog it. I copy pasted so sorry if it sounds weird!" If they have a template built out for scenarios like this, I can tell they receive complaints like this all the time! Again, the service was great. They said that the driver will come back and replace the defected one. I received my second pen and it worked well for the night (I took about 5~ hits). The next day I went back home, and that night I decided to take a few more hits. Now my pen is blinking! Which means it's either clogged, or out of wax! Such B.S. $60.00 down the drain. I ran into several problems in their deals section where they noted 4 or 5 different churro deals... all conflicting with each other almost. 3 for 100 or 4 for 180 when they usually charge 50 bucks each anyways (Made me tilt my head in confusion) I ordered Buy 2 churros blunts for $100, A Vape Cartridge for $35 I believe and an 1/4 of Girl Scout Cookies... This is where the problems begin... I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional behavior and awful business practices in my life.... So I communicated back and forth with someone that works(I assume) in a different location with how they were talking about having seperate locations. I asked the person to have the delivery person call me or text me to let me know they are on their way so I can make sure I'm prepared.... Not a big deal, if the majority of what I was looking at wasn't primarily stems with overly dried homegrown flower. The money handling was a little awkward because they have you send the money to the drivers personal cash app if you choose that payment source and you're sending it a non-business account which is actually against the law, btw.. the driver tells me it's 184, but tips are really appreciated, mind you this is after he tells me that he didn't care enough to call me, before he left and ask if I still wanted to churros or not and nor did I even get offered a replacement or a refund and just chose himself to give me the "Firecrackers" instead which 5 of them cost $35 dollars the churros cost $50 for 1. I sent 185 because I was not impressed and the driver looks at what I sent and then goes "Man, what? No tip come on man" and then throws and attitude. I chuckled and he handled me the bag after a few awkward seconds. And then he drove off So I contacted the company and the guy who I talked to was extremely friendly. He immediately told me the driver replacing the churro with the firecrackers was not right and that he would have the driver bring me an exchange for the flower and firecrackers, and that the same driver would be coming through, I expressed that I just don't want their to be any problems cause he gave me attitude when I sent the money, and assured me there would not be any problems. The driver came and exchanged what I had for what he had and no words were exchanged. I go inside to look, and I was pissed... I loved the replacement for the firecrackers, which was a disposable vape, (Yummy), and another what was supposed to be 1/4 of different flower.... Instead I got the same exact strain/batch and I was more than 1 gram short on the flower I received the 2nd time. I contacted them again and at that time they were closed... attached are the conversations that I received from an employee for this company through what's app accusing me of verbally assaulting the driver to where they ended up quitting their job because it gave them too much anxiety.... Bullshit story..... I mean if it were my company that employed would've been fired on the spot, if it was the owner then this company is surely doomed to fail as long as whoever it was works there. I was told shortly after by the General Manager Jackie to request a refund and she would have the driver refund me my money and would follow up with me in the morning (7/13/24).
