Another terrible feeling while entering the dispensary. For the pot I got some Cru and Fiore cannabis , first time trying fiore but familiar with cru from the Coachella valley dispensary. I let Adrian help choose the fiore brand and he chose truffle butter which is fire. Adrian and the greeting lady short a bit shorter with melanin they seemed to be the only happy ones there everyone seemed too stoned or xaned out to show hospitality. Besides that it was a great selection of flower and other choices at a reasonable price. I recommend Adrian as your budtender very nice and talkative was able to get me in and out without any of the hassle pushing some shit I don't want on me. I'd give this place a one star solely but Adrian and the selection of pot were pleasant. So extra star for that. Might contact local legislation and have them research this location as online shows it is and no taxes has been posted and I know locations are selling and pocketing the "tax" they charge. This is the most unprofessional joke of a dispensary I've ever come across. The bud tender was a moron. I had to repeat my name seven times and he still got it wrong. Then the person I get transferred to tells me he needs me to hold my license next to my face and take a picture and send it to him which was fine even though most places don't do that but then he wanted a piece of mail of where I wanted the delivery to go to with me standing next to it and to send a picture. I've been a customer since AGA opened. With the exception of one delivery driver I find staff polite and knowledgeable. The driver at issue parked in the MIDDLE of the street (not even at the curb) and became upset when I told him if he did not park properly I would cancel the order. I am a professional (attorney) as are all others (pilots, military officers, etc.) Doing transactions in the middle of the street is NOT appropriate. I get deliveries but the times I have gone to the store security was very friendly to me. As a senior citizen the 25% discount is great! I recommend weekday mornings as that is when Pablo works. Pablo explained to me that new customers only must take a selfie with their ID because the bad guys were using someone else's ID to set up a delivery then robbing the driver. The last time I was there, One of the security guards was questioning my ID (keep in mind I have a Military dependent ID) with another coworker of his. He took my ID with him and like 5 mins later he comes telling me that my ID is expired, & I said that's impossible because it clearly says it expires in December 2022. As I tried to take my ID back to show him the date, he held on to it firmly so I couldn't take it back. I'm not the only one that he's questioned before!
