He was readily available to answer questions and even had a model in his showroom so I could see if the product fit my needs. He was able to install the product in a neat and timely manner and after a month of sleeping downstairs in a recliner I was able to safely negotiate the stairs and my comfortable bed. Many of these products are similar in price but it is the aftercare and service that is important. Tom has a crew of efficient installers and provides service and warranties when most others only had the limited manufacturer's coverage.
