The tile we had them place in the bedroom was not in the orientation that I asked them to place it. A border piece was not glued down and when their installer came back to re-glue it I asked him about the tile orientation and why it wasn't done the way I requested and he told me he was never told about the orientation issue so he just did what he thought was best.

They sat at a table and pointed to the things that we needed when we asked them where to look at something. When I asked them a question we felt that we were interrupting there social time. We had to ask them the cost of everything and they would not give us a total estimate of the cost. Even though we had our complete measurements. Good thing I knew basically what I was looking for. If you need help with your selections don't go here. The only thing positive is that the prices a decent. Worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere!
