Because of this, my kids haven't been able to safely play outside, and I've had to put off hosting family gatherings all summer. The most frustrating part is that the job has already been paid for. The repeated excuse has been that he's "busy," and communication has been inconsistent, my calls and texts are only answered when it's convenient to him. I appreciated the quality of the plumbing repair itself, but customer service and following through on completing the job have been very disappointing.
