So now you pay even more money for the same below average quality, as a business owner you are expected to have everything in working order if you advertise it. Otherwise you're just ripping people off. Overall decent location but the owner needs to step up and do better for their customers.

My schedule is extremely hectic so I did not know when I was going to have time to do get this done. I messaged a few detailing places and received a response from Selena. She was so pleasant. I spoke with CJ, the owner, who was just as nice. He quoted me a very reasonable price. I was able to drop off my vehicle with them and they were even kind enough to drive me back home. I ended up not being able to pick up my vehicle for a few days due to my schedule, but kept in contact with them the entire time. They were so understanding. And they even brought my vehicle BACK TO MY HOUSE! You don't get that kind of service everyday. It was so refreshing to have such nice people to do business with. I will definitely go back. If you are in need of detailing or a hand car wash, you should try them out. My van looks like a completely different van on the inside. They did an amazing job!

I have PTSD from an incident that happened as a child and avoid loud noises at all costs, never would I have thought I would be yelled at by an employee while minding my business and cleaning my car. Once I got into my car I was shaking and crying because of how he handled the situation and raised his voice at me. I am an educated woman completing a degree at Ohio University, simply telling me to stop what I was doing would do the trick. I can't believe the disrespect I experienced at this facility today. I had just had the vehicle washed there 2 days prior to this and this damage was not present. I reported this to one of the attendants who was very helpful. He took all my information and video taped the damage. I was told that the company would get in touch with me. Finally on February 12th almost 2 months later and after a dozen calls and leaving messages with their automated response "Bubbles" I received am email from "Mr Magic Car Wash" stating that there was no way their equipment could have caused this damage and therefore my claim had been rejected. End of Story. But that they were offering me a free buff and exterior detail. I declined the offer not wanting anything done to my vehicle by this facility.
