When I learned that I had hail damage to my roof, I knew nothing about roofers nor did I know any roofers personally. Since a lot of my neighbors also had hail damage, I received lots of flyers on my door and a few roofers stopped by. I checked out all of these roofers and had gotten one quote and was thinking about getting a few more quotes. And I was still waiting on my insurance adjustor to show up and do his inspection. Luckily one day, Steve Bradrick of Next Level Roofing & Remodeling stopped by my house. Steve inspected my roof spending about an hour (could have been less - could have been more) on my roof - the other roofer's inspector only spent about 10 minutes total at my house & only took three photos. Steve took lots and lots of photos. My insurance adjustor eventually showed up to have pictures taken (he didn't do it he had someone else do it). Steve explained very thoroughly the process that they go through and answered all of my questions. And then it was time to wait on the insurance adjustor and the insurance company. He was very patient with me as I know I bugged him a lot until the work got started. Steve and his crew did an EXCELLENT job installing the new roof and did a thorough cleanup job so I wouldn't have to worry about nails or other debris. And after the first heavy rains, Steve came and inspected my attic to verify there were no leaks and there were NONE. I was not expecting that and do not believe that any of my neighbors that did not use Next Level Roofing had an "after" inspection. I know of at least one neighbor who had to call their roofer for leak! Next Level Roofing & Remodeling may not be the cheapest roofer, but they are the BEST in my humble opinion. We had several issues that needed to be addressed. Jean, our project manager, checked everything out and helped with prioritizing what needed to be done. They fixed a major problem with leaking because of an addition on our house, but not only that, explained why it had become a major problem, and how to fix it. We had three separate contracts with Next Level, one for roofing/fixing leaks, one for gutters and one for rot in the wall. In all instances, the crew was timely, efficient and professional. Their clean-up is unsurpassed! This work was done about a year ago, and I realized that I had never posted a review. The guys at Next Level Roofing did an amazing job for my home. We suffered a significant loss due to water damage, and they truly were sincere in understanding how they could help. I needed maintenance work on my roof due to a poor job by a fly-by-night contractor after one of the hurricanes in Houston. In just two days, their crew replaced the failing shingles and vent flashings. One of the managers came later the second day to take photos of the work performed by the crew to double-check the integrity of the work. I've never felt so assured that my home was well taken care of before by a contractor. If I had the skills (and time/ resources) to repair the roof myself, I do not believe I would have done any better. Had a water stain on the ceiling and thought it was time to get a new roof. Instead I was told I only need maintenance and that the roof is still good. Was shown pictures of issues and then pictures of the finished product without issues. Never knew that maintenance was an option to fix the missing nails in all of the outlets on the roof. Also blew out the gutters, removed the dish satellite. Good for a few more years at a fraction of the price. Very happy with the results and will continue to use and recommend Next Level to my family and friends for all roofing needs. read more
