These were all contractor's engaged by Wendy that she was responsible for overseeing. But the worst was the $15,000 wall unit that was built in my bedroom where I stressed the importance of my desk area. There was not a single outlet available on that wall to plug in anything so they had to chop up the wall unit so that I could plug in my computer. Wendy was nowhere to be found. While she responded to my emails and texts, she never came back over to the apartment once I arrived to assist in getting any of this resolved. In addition, she attempted to bill me for hours spent looking at furniture before consulting with me. Her "design product" consisted of a bunch of screenshots from Perigold. I immediately fired her and took over the work-- i don't believe Wendy is professionally trained at any level Certainly her care about her clients is lacking. The floor broke quickly anyway. It was fixed under warranty once and Price Flooring told her she then had to buy a specific protective mat at her expense. She did that, too . The floor broke again. Price Flooring now told her to buy yet another, different protective mat at her expense yet again. Further, they attempted to charge her $400 to fix their worthless trash floor. Now, Price Flooring claims that the floor was NEVER UNDER WARRANTY because the office chair they assured her was fine to make the sale somehow voids the warranty. This, despite the fact that Price Flooring's salesperson advised her on the correct rubber wheels to buy in order to protect the floor. Apparently, Price Flooring magically became a charity when they fixed their own garbage products the first time. Either that, or a greedy company LIED to make a sale they otherwise wouldn't have made and stuck my mother with the consequences. Which is more likely? Mom will be eventually be fine because she has a construction lawyer in the family. There will be legal action. If you want a decent floor in your home or business without such a mess, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRICE FLOORING! This company is run by con artists and thieves.

They built a wall with insulation to help protect my clients' privacy, patient privacy and installed a window so I can still feel united with my team even when on conference calls. He was able to match the color of the rest of the office despite the fact that I had no idea the original brand or name that existed. The paint looks fresh and smooth, and he touched up other places in our space as a courtesy. The job was estimated to take up to 5 business days but Adam and Justin quickly and efficiently completed the tasks in 3 1/2 days. They left the place clean and sanitized everything for us which was pretty great as my team returned. Adam volunteered to help build the new desks/chairs so our staff could come into their brand new space Monday morning and get right to work! A neighbor recommended a public adjuster, Rich Elliot, from Barclays and we were glad for that referral. He knew how to negotiate with the carrier and politely asked me to let him do his job and stay out of the mix. To make a long story short, he got us a a great settlement and was very good at negotiating even the smallest details. Barclays rate was very reasonable and his fee was easily covered by he final payments we received. I'd recommend Rich highly and i would hope the other public adjusters who work there as even half as good as him.
