First off, scheduling and payment including tip is done through style seat so no exchange of cash and waiting for change. The shop is clean and tidy. Tip was very helpful in helping me achieve my desired look and even gave me tips for styling tips at home. just some feedback for your business ;…read more I had an Appointment with Johnney Fade I'm trying to understand why I am making an appointment on Booksy and when I get there 1 someone is in the chair ( ok fine ) but then you telling me I gotta wait another 20 for some else after the person in the chair to get there cut when I am schedule for 9:30; very unprofessional if there was a delay you owe it to the customer to update the Booksy and let them know the appt has been pushed back ; this is the second time this has happened; at least shoot a text inform the customer before they get there that you are behind schedule ; the fade game prides it self on being the most reliable barbershop and from the experience I've had it's not at all ! Value your customers time ! I have came here multiple times Once had an Appointment with champagne he was behind schedule then says can you give me another 15 I have to eat ? Are you serious ?
