just some feedback for your business ; I had an Appointment with Johnney Fade I'm trying to understand why I am making an appointment on Booksy and when I get there 1 someone is in the chair ( ok fine ) but then you telling me I gotta wait another 20 for some else after the person in the chair to get there cut when I am schedule for 9:30; very unprofessional if there was a delay you owe it to the customer to update the Booksy and let them know the appt has been pushed back ; this is the second time this has happened; at least shoot a text inform the customer before they get there that you are behind schedule ; the fade game prides it self on being the most reliable barbershop and from the experience I've had it's not at all ! Value your customers time ! I have came here multiple times Once had an Appointment with champagne he was behind schedule then says can you give me another 15 I have to eat ? Are you serious ? Time is valuable if I am booking the appt in the morning it's a for a reason ! Eat before you come to work or on your lunch break this is a business ! read more

I took my son to get a haircut, I specifically told the young lady who wears glasses, have two nose rings, and wears a black hat with long curly wavy black hair that I wanted a fade around my son's head and alittle bit of hair to the top of his head. She didn't follow directions. I spoke to Mr. Sunny the next day he asked me if I want my money back or get the haircut fixed. I am a military veteran who supports black owned businesses. However I spoke to him requested that I don't want the money back I would like the haircut corrected. I didn't want to hurt the young lady feelings but she doesn't know to cut hair correctly she needs to go back to her school to cut hair but the Fade game will lose clients. I didn't like the way Mr.Sunny lied to me over the phone because it sounded that he wasn't going to fix the problem but he said that I have to charge you for a whole new haircut. I don't like the service it is extremely lousy and they don't cut children hair well. Please don't go get your children hair cut because you will be disappointed read more

Been coming to the Fade Game for a little over a year! Jason is my barber, but all of the barbers are great! They're professional and respectful of families. Being a father it's important to me that my boys are in a positive family friendly environment. The music the play never has curses. The conversation is good and the service is better! Found this shop on an IG sponsored ad. I was curious and wanting to find a great barber close to home. After checking out Jazz's personal page showcasing her work I was sold. I called and made an apt making sure I showed up on time. The shop is a chic display of class and style. There are colorful artwork of sports and entertainment stars. The barbers all have multiple uniform options and the space is impeccably decorated and clean. There are plenty of comfy couches while you wait and 2 huge screens to keep you entertained if you're not like me and just staring at their work the whole time. It's far from your average barber shop. As a female, I didn't feel intimidated walking in and connecting with Jazz. Jazz didn't just give me a "faded Fro" aka tapered cut she literally changed how I felt about myself #newlookwhothis. Every single barber there takes visible pride in their work and their clientele leaves seemingly quite pleased. Wow this was definitely a experience I was not prepared for!I drove 9 miles to get to this barber shop. My son wanted to try something new instead all we got was a disaster.I called to make an appointment but I was told early in the morning that there would not be many barbers but was willing to wait ok no problem I got to the shop minutes to10:00 the atmosphere of the shop was cool the young man immediately asked my son what he wanted an invited him to his chair. I was happy. Two minutes of my son sitting in his chair his appointment came in.The rush is now on. He finished cutting my sons hair it looked fine...in the shop. I even sent my son back to give the young brother a $5 tip.When we got outside I saw my son's hair was "JACKED UP" I was so angry for $30 Are your SERIOUS?? This place is a hoax, over priced, and definitely over rated So disappointed NEVER AGAIN! read more

This definitely not the most reliable barbershop in queens farless NYC as they proclaim. Came in to get a quick line up nothing to serious right. was first greeted by " do you have an appointment" so im like I didnt know it was that serious that an appointment was required at a barbershop ( so differnt than where im from)and from the way they were dressed i figured i was in good hands welll. where I'm from we dont have female barbers but I was like its cool i'll run with it, I am not sure if the barber was an intern but this was the worst barber experience I ever had. There was no definintion in my beard or sideburns. This was soo untidy my neck was littered with patches of hair my beard on my jawline one was lined higher than the other, she never lined behind my ears nor my moustache sigh just rubbish and i had to pay 20 dollars for this shit!! Also she didnt seem confident at all in what she was doing. I do believe the shop has good babrbers but if you proclaim to be so great all your staff should be top of the line. i am also doing urll a favor by not posting pics. Very clean and visually appealing. First barbershop I've ever went to where I was immediately greeted and not left feeling out of place. The barber did a very good job. They are a little pricey but I think it's worth it. The only thing I didn't like is that people had their masks off during their haircuts and of course they were talking up a storm. read more

New barbershop and atmosphere, the cut i got from Sam was pretty good,He was knowledable about a few things that bout it. This wasnt my best cut honestly but it was close. He charged me $25 that not including tip, i gave him $30 im not cheap but that cut was overpriced. Next time i go i will try another barber and see their worth. read more

Hands down one of the best barbershop in Queens if not THEE best barbershop in Queens. The shop is always clean, the environment is comfortable and the barbers are very professional. The barbers take pride in cutting their clients hair. They go above and beyond to ensure you get exactly what you desire. I recommend AL, he is a beast!! Every time he cuts my hair, strangers asks me who is my barber. His chair is the first one as you enter the shop. AL treats you respectfully and like a high end client.
