At 11:45 we left after being told that the waiting proom INSIDE Still had 7 unseen people with the same appointment time with the same doctor. I realize appointments frequently take longer than expected and running late is not uncommon. I think we should have been told at 9:30 that we were facing at least 4 hours in the waiting room. Rescheduled for next week but I am gonna try to set up up an appointment with doctor I've been to. This was not an auspicious start. Since I am a runner, having it tore was not an option. I needed to get it fixed. I went to UHZ medicine and met with a doctor first, cannot recall his name and he sent me to Dr. Yagnik... Dr. Yagnik is amazing!!!!! One of the best out there, if not the best. I got my ACL surgery with him and of course I am the 1% who gets an infection after surgery he had to go in there again to save the graft they put in. Dr. Yagnik was so concerned and was checking up on me the whole time! I truly recommend him! His assistant Dr. Lopez is also great! The entire staff at the South office and Coral Gables office had been fantastic!

And left messages. It's been about 3 weeks of my MRI, and I must've called back over 10 times already. Was hung up on, transferred to other departments, left plenty messages on everybody's line, and still no call back. I have been put on hold for over 5 minutes, only to later be hung up on. I cannot review their medical professionalism as I've never had the chance to deal with them. But their office team, in their phone manners, is about the worst I've ever seen or spoken to. IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING URGENT BUT NOT THREATENING ENOUGH FOR EMERGENCY, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
