Went over our rig with a fine tooth comb and could have come out the back side charging us a fortune. Gave us very detailed results on the inspection and did not charge for any of these checks. The first time they'd actually sold our tires to someone else. We then had to settle for a set that we didn't want in the first place. In spite of this situation and the affordability of the service, I decided to try again. Well fool me twice shame on me and I paid the price. I drove 40 minutes only to find out they didn't have my tires in their inventory as they promised. To add some icing on the cake they only had 2 replacement tires available AND they were going to make me wait until after their lunch break to start. If you're looking for a "third world" type service, this place is for you. TL;DR: Do yourself a…read morefavor, read poor reviews before shopping there. Those are accurate. You have been warned. Their marketing campaigns are great, but the service is the complete opposite. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered extra parts for my trailer, prepaid two months in advance, and they still couldn't complete the order correctly. Additionally, the part that was supposed to be new showed signs of use. They also failed to notice that the side racks are meant to be paired as right and left, but they gave me two for one side. When I pointed this out, they blamed everyone but themselves -- the manufacturer, me, anyone but them. They also called me "difficult" despite the fact that I was courteous and calm. OBSERVATION: Their reception desk has multiple "no complaints, no returns" framed posters, which is incredibly frustrating and is a major Red Flag. They also tried to get me to sign a blank work order for installation and refused to discuss the details of the installation with me. According to them, they charge for the labor by the hour, but they clearly have no idea how to estimate installation time and how much it will cost to a customer. As I understood the reasoning behind their behavior, the issue was that I did not purchase the trailer from them, even though I inherited it from a private party and was simply seeking upgrades. The only positive aspect of this experience is that I didn't have to fight them to get my payment refunded -- they probably realized they could have been taken to court. P.S. The manufacturer has also been warned about their practices.
