The kids are always learning something new and they are always having fun (while developing the social skills). Monthly and weekly themes and lessons are consistent, clear, and well communicated with the parents to allow them to be involved and able to follow up and easily provide enrichment after school. Communication across the board is too notch. Throughout the day parents get regular updates via the Brightwheel app, including pictures, meal updates, and potty and/or diaper changing schedules. The app is also used to send centerwide messages from the staff, as well as personal notes to alert us to any issues the children may be having. I could go on forever about my experience and have nothing but positive things to say about FFLL. I highly recommend 'Foundations' to anyone who is in need of childcare and/or preschool. If you are currently looking you owe it to your children to call and set up a tour with the director Marie! I have had direct experience with different ages and classes. I can assure you that you will find compassionate, caring and engaged teachers in every room who will work with you to achieve the goals you have for your child!

The instructor is incredibly dedicated to providing an excellent quality of education, and always seeks to find answers if she doesn't have them. She does her absolute best to make sure we know the material, and having gone to university before this, it is so nice to have someone care directly about my success. There are amazing support systems in place, and while you're expected to put in the work, you absolutely get just as much as you give to it. I have a major passion for medicine that was reignited after a brief period of doubt, entirely by this program. I cannot recommend it enough.

They constantly have insulted and belittled me and my cousin while attending here. It is unsanitary, and when the Covid had begun they had a student with Covid and didn't tell us until a week or two later. The staff had interfered with our internship multiple times preventing us from graduating. They refused to accommodate our needs and continued to belittle us and insult us. The entire place seemed to genuinely care about the well being of my child. They have church service 1x a week, and say prayers daily (and The Pledge). My family is not catholic but that was okay. Instruction included music and gym. We had trouble affording the uniform and they allowed us to use used ones until we could buy them. Tuition can be made in payments. And the lunches are varied which is nice. While my child was in Kindergarten, I saw the older kids in the hallway. They were all so respectful. Overall, a very positive experience. If I HAD to come up with a negative, I would elect for gym class more often, and add foreign language instruction at the lower 'grades'

The summer class would mean for me to graduate in a timeframe that I need to in order for me to move forward with my career. I would really appreciate that the staff would care about their students and the ones that are checked out I will hope their superiors are noticing the amount of errors and the lack of follow through so they can have people who actually want to work there work there.

Majority of the staff are super nice and kind. My professors were amazing; a lot of them were/are not only professionals in their field of study (my Forensic Science instructor, Bob O'Brien, worked under Dr. Henry Lee, otherwise known as the godfather of modern forensics), but amazing and helpful individuals that truly wanted to see their students succeed. Their tutoring/writing center and academic counselors are also wonderful; you just need to seek out their assistance on your own (it's not high school, so there will be no hand-holding here). There's also a book scholarship fund for those who are struggling financially in the Student Affairs office. Definitely seek that out as well if applicable. Also, Robert Turner is THE gentleman to seek out if you plan on transferring in courses or transferring out of the school to another institution. :) Basically, it's a great school with a great price, with a super supportive community. I highly recommend that anyone looking to take some courses, whether it be for personal enrichment or prerequisites for a four-year degree look here first. I plan on completing my Paralegal Certification here once I can secure an 8-5 shift at my fulltime job (so I'll be able to take night classes). :D

Unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unacceptable…read more After my wife was fired, we made the decision to withdraw our children from the school before the month was over. Despite the fact that the money we paid was for childcare services, the school refused to return the portion of our payment for services that were never provided. When I requested a refund, I was denied. Instead, the school attempted to characterize the money as a "donation," even though that was never what we agreed to pay for and the payment was clearly made for childcare. I have documented everything and have already reported the matter to the appropriate government agencies and contacted corporate. I am pursuing every available avenue to recover money that I believe was improperly retained, including legal action if necessary. Parents should know exactly how this business handles their money when circumstances change. I strongly recommend reading your contract carefully, documenting every payment and conversation, and knowing your rights before trusting this school with your children or your money. We aren't simply going to walk away from this. The appropriate authorities can review the facts and determine whether the school's actions were appropriate. Think twice before giving this business your money.
