I'm stuck with the cheapest looking dentures. The bottom is so big. My bottom lip sticks out. I can't speak right. I can barely fit food into my mouth. His assistants were all very nice. I used to be a dental assistant, so I trust him. When I used to go there, I always had a different hygienist and sometimes different dentist. I prefer to have familiar hygienists and my own dentist. My husband seems pleased with his care there.

For my second visit, I had two appointment scheduled - one at 11:00am and another at 12:00pm. I called the office the day before at 11:57am, before my second appointment time , simply to reschedule. Instead of being treated with basic courtesy, I was met with rudeness. The staff member told me they charge a $100.00 fee, even though the office's own written policy in the Welcome to Practice section clearly states a $50.00 broken-appointment fee, not a rescheduling fee. When I questioned the discrepancy, the person on the phone became dismissive and even said " They didn't have to tell me anything". That level of disrespect in unacceptable in any healthcare setting. This wasn't an isolated incident. During my first appointment, my mother -who was sitting in the lobby- overhead the receptionist being rude to another patient on the phone. I also waited over two hours just to get X-rays and briefly speak with the dentist. No one even cleaned my teeth during my visit, despite it being my initial appointment. Between the inconsistent policies , the unnecessary $100.00 fee, the rude and dismissive staff, and the poor patient experience, I cannot recommend this office. Patients deserve, respect, and professionalism- none of which were shown here. Sorry, I forgot to say this occurred at the Indian Trail location. I wanted to check with Delta Dental Insurance, but was told by MFD that Delta wouldn't cover me for 4-5 months, and this procedure couldn't wait that long. Believing them (22 years with this Practice), I went ahead. It took 20 minutes. THAT'S $40.00 A MINUTE! I called and checked with Delta Dental, and I could have been covered within 24 hours being I had previous insurance coverage. Their "misinformation" cost me $478.15 EXTRA DOLLARS, as Delta Dental's payment would have brought my cost to $337.00 TOTAL. Never again.

I love Pam sooo much! I have been going to her for a long time. She does a thorough cleaning and always gives me suggestions on ways to improve my dental health. My appointments are always on time and I always leave happy with my service. The receptionist knows me by name which is a nice touch! Dr Forrest is wonderful as well. The office was redone recently. The chairs have light back massagers in them and there is a tv to watch while you get your cleaning. I have never had an Insurance issue and have switched insurance companies a couple of times. The building is easy to find, centrally located for us, Front Desk staff is very friendly and professional and BUSY, but always welcoming.
