I went in after a total knee replacement and thin 6 weeks Athletico had swelling worked out, muscle strength back and my flexibility back to normal. Dr. Patel is board certified in Family Medicine and she was nice and personable and seemed to know her stuff. I liked her and said we would definitely be back. I've been to about 8-10 chiropractors in the past 20 years, But Dr Elliot is by Far my favorite! She is kind and gentle and thorough and thoughtful. She really looks at your entire physical condition and adjusts treatment plans based your your specific needs and situation. Alex and Eva are also great in helping with stretching, exercising, massage chairs or connection to tens unit. They are punctual and efficient, I never wait long in the wait area. This is my first visit here and my first time with a chiropractor. I was very happy with…read moreeverything. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, spent about 5-10 minutes filling out some forms, was escorted to the patient room and Dr. Thepotte saw me immediately. He examined my back and asked all the right questions about my back, mental state, diet, existing conditions, etc. We then proceeded to get several x-rays of my spine and then I was escorted to have an electrode (tens) therapy session, then to a special back chair which kneads out tight muscles and knots in the back. That chair was amazing but is not for the faint of heart. It's incredibly strong. After my therapy sessions we discussed my x-rays and then he performed some chiropractic procedures. He popped my neck and immediately removed 2 knots in my neck. It was very simple and not painful at all. Afterwards he located the knots in the middle of back and used the retractor bed to stretch my spine which worked really well. I'll be going back next week for regular therapy sessions and using exercise equipment to hopefully improve my balance and strength. I'm super happy I found this place. The staff are incredibly nice and Dr.Thepotte is a fantastic physician with wonderful bedside manner. He's like a friend and even offered to get me some ginger at the store to help me with digestive problems. Who does that?
