She kept me in hold for over fifteen minutes and then another person says she stepped out to go the post office. Today I was on hold for ten minutes , hung up and then called back. Never talked to the nurse about why my prescription was not sent to pharmacy. If , I did not like my doctor, I would go somewhere else.

They should have introduced themselves, they should have addressed my concerns privately and quickly. For a cardiac stress test, there should have been emergency equipment readily available and a physician should have come by to make his/her presence known. Certainly a big concern would be to keep medical records in a locked cabinet where people walking back and forth wouldn't have full access. These patient files were out in the open and laying on the ground. Tsk, tsk. You'd think a doctor's office would know that.

I had knee replacement surgery and have finally experienced the worse pain of my life I asked to stay the night in the hospital because I was in such bad pain and was unsure my 65 year old mother could adequately care for me at least til the pain was better she went to get the charge nurse I heard them discussing me and the charge nurse said that's ridiculous she's going home and I feel like everyone was listening to a biased opinion because here I am at home still in very bad pain that I am getting little relief from with a caretaker that has arthritis in her own knees so is doing her best to help

Zero percent impressed with this office!!!! My Dad has been in severe back pain for several months…read morenow. After he was finally able to get in, they sent him to another place to get imaging (which is fine). They had an appointment one week later to go over imaging and discuss what can be done to help. The imaging facility wasn't able to get the image that was needed, but did get a different type. They show up for the follow up appointment, and they don't have them scheduled BUT my mom has the text confirming the appointment. They apologize and say they will see him. After getting to the room the nurse tells them they didn't receive any imaging from the place they sent them too, and that there is nothing they can do....NO empathy and not a care in the world that this could be frustrating to someone is LOTS of pain. She goes to chat with the Dr., because why would he care to take the time to come in himself and talk to a patient??? This office AND the place they sent them to for imaging completely dropped the ball. I understand that without imaging the Dr. can't see things, BUT all it takes is having a good bed side manner, taking 5-10 minutes of your time to actually talk to your patient yourself (NOT your rude nurse), and show a little understanding, and this situation would have been so much better....frustrating still, but better. Save your time and go somewhere else!

I was a cash patient patient for seven years. The day that I showed that I had insurance they went buck wild. I had Dr. maul came out man with two nurses who I've never seen him before I got the royal treatment soon as I had insurance they did every blood test you can think of and urine test every month checking to see if I have diabetes high blood sugar cholesterol one month they said I have all the stuff and then I come back next month and everything was completely different. But every time you go there you make an appointment and you sit in the waiting room for over an hour. Please please watch out when they do a blood to make sure that your insurance covers it !!! because I got stuck with a bill or I would've gone on my credit report that cost me $350 why wouldn't they send .stuff off without my consent to a different lab? And not say anything to me ! so be wary of this place !! Me and my wife have never been back. They will scam you
