I called to see if possible to get it fixed being we wanted to keep it in the family become a heirloom. I was lucky enough to talk to Kari at the agency! She took the time to take all info and made all the connections for our family to get it repaired and followed up along the way talked to other awesome State Farm folks, Joe claims , Mario estimator Holly , Jeri claims on the path to get repaired !!! He would not break it down for me to explain the different costs charges etc. Ryan became rude and unhelpful, I told him I would go elsewhere. Then I began to get calls from his dad Dan wanting to know why I quit Farmers and explained how I was being treated and what I was looking for just a better deal because of my driving history, and he also became rude and unhelpful.
