It showcased the same experience and talent my old resume did, but with the style, professionalism and extra oomph it desperately needed. I'm not a person who makes farting noises with just anyone! ;) And, just the act of doing it, and having her join me felt so free! I was instantly practicing taking risks! That felt good! There are three other things that stand out about working with Faith: First of all, she has great presence and an ability to really listen. You can feel her taking in everything you're saying, and listening with depth. That's rare. Second, she's as serious as she is playful. She brings a sensitivity and depth of knowledge about how inner critics can get in the way of success. I like how she sees the gifts of the critics, rather than trying to shun them. My inner critics felt welcomed! :) Third, she asks questions and has creative exercises which really get to the heart of the issue. One such exercise really stood out. She had me write with my non-dominant hand in answer to one of the questions she asked. Now, I've done this exercise before, but, because of the silly exercises at the beginning and her presence and timing, another layer of truth came out. From this exercise, I came in contact with the part of me that knows that I have everything I need within me. Faith suggested I put it on my fridge (looks like a 5-year old wrote it), but, every day, I am reminded of my inner wisdom. That's a gift that keeps on giving. And, I'm so grateful to Faith for the gift of her coaching!
