It's a lot less generic and a lot more personal care than those horrible Mcmedical centres popping up everywhere. You know, a proper doctor's practice. The GPs are all fairly professional, speak good English and care about their patients overall well-being, not just an assembly line legal drug pusher's residence. They also have very good on site pathology and counseling services and they offer bulk-billing. Although booking ahead is essential, so not generally the best for a serious emergency. But if you live in the neighbourhood and need a good regular GP I'd definitely recommend them.

The receptionists are (usually) friendly and accommodating, although you can be waiting a while before there is a doctor available to see you, depending on when you arrive. Before school is out on weekdays is usually the shortest wait. Most of the doctors are friendly, professional and competent, but if you want a GP to make you feel truly loved, ask for Dr. Kim Tsia. His friendly, genuinely caring and sweet demeanour will make you want to spurn every other GP you've ever been to.
