I came here when I needed something checked out and the staff were great. My doctor took time to listen to my concerns and did all the necessary tests. The pathology lab is also next door which is really convenient. Follow ups and referrals were all handled professionally. Its weird but I never felt like I was in some queue and that they had to get as many patients in and out as possible, even though it was a medical centre. So if you need something more serious than the flu to be checked out, I would rather pay the fee and come here as you will get better service.

The service is friendly and they are generally pretty quick with their appointments. I've had to wait 10 minutes every once in awhile but overall I think this is a pretty great medical centre. It's clean and quick and the doctors seem to care. The pay is $90 if you don't have medicare, so a bit more expensive than others, but the also offer other services beyond GP visits that would be very expensive if you were to go to a private practice.

I took my baby girl to doctor #1 on the 19th as she had a thick yellow substance coming out of her left ear. Doctor #1 stated that the ear drum was perforated and that it was small and in a 'safe place'. Today I took her back to find out if grommets would be a good idea as this wasn't her first infection. We saw doctor #2 who haphazardly looked at her ears, stated that a perforation would take 6 weeks to heal and there was no perforation. I asked doctor #2 to check the records as only 4 days earlier doctor #1 stated there was one. The records stated her ear was red, no mention of a perforated ear drum. I went to reception and asked if I could see doctor #1 to double check (you can see how from my perspective either doctor #2 is incompetent and cannot see the perforation or doctor #1 lied about the fact that there was one). When I spoke to doctor #1 their response was that it was so minor that it wasn't worth recording. It was explained to me that they do not record every little detail as they don't have enough time between patients and would only record this information if the perforation was large. Any medical record is a legal document, doctor #2 had no idea that my daughter had a perforated ear drum 4 days ago because it wasn't recorded. Being given the explanation of it only gets recorded if its a big deal is not sufficient, doesn't matter how time-poor you are. I will definitely not be going back to this clinic due to this.

The only issue I have noticed is that the doctors still pull out the trusty medicine guide, when there's probably an online version which is probably updated much more frequently. Plus the fact that there were far too few doctors for the probably expectable pool of patients - often there is just one or two doctors and there'd be 20 patients in the clinic. This happens regularly and the wait would often be about 1.5-2 hours.

It's a lot less generic and a lot more personal care than those horrible Mcmedical centres popping up everywhere. You know, a proper doctor's practice. The GPs are all fairly professional, speak good English and care about their patients overall well-being, not just an assembly line legal drug pusher's residence. They also have very good on site pathology and counseling services and they offer bulk-billing. Although booking ahead is essential, so not generally the best for a serious emergency. But if you live in the neighbourhood and need a good regular GP I'd definitely recommend them.

This clinic offers all services you need such as GP, Physiotherapists, Xray facilities, Specialist, Dental and a Treatment room for all your vaccinations. This centre has improved immensely since it's move from Castle Hill. The doctors are lovely and if you see the first available doctor, the wait time is minimal.
