The staff is absolutely friendly from the receptionists (Beata is amazing and a good family friend) to the dentist and hygienists (Dr Chan really isn't bad at all, Dr Abassi is just as good). I find they have perfected their efficiency, barely need to wait to begin my appointment and the staff works so fast I almost forget I went that day. The staff seems to remain the same throughout the last 10 years which is very convenient and feels like a reunion every visit. My whole family goes to this dentist and despite us moving 5 times in the last 15 years all over the city, we always remained clients of theirs and don't anticipate to change for a long time. I've been only going to a dental hygienist over the years and decided to come here because my brother referred me. My brother got his wisdom teeth removed here and they did ok. So might as well get my teeth cleaned and be examined by the dentist regarding my wisdom teeth at the same place. However, from my experience, I have to say this place is horrible. I called a head asking for prices and if my insurance fully covered teeth cleaning. The current place I visited had full coverage, I didn't have to pay anything at all. I told the receptionist this. The receptionist at this dentist office confirmed to me that I had full coverage for dental cleaning and procedures at their clinic too and I did not need to pay anything when I visit. So I decided to get my teeth cleaned here. On the day of my appointment, I didn't fill out any forms before getting my teethed cleaned. I filled out the forms after my teeth were cleaned. The hygienist and receptionist was really pushy with making me get my X-rays done even though I told her I would like to only get the X-ray to check for wisdom teeth. I did not want to get the X-ray for cavities as I already took them at my other dentist a few months back. She proceeded with the cleaning but I felt like she didn't clean my teeth well. She would scrape a little and then rinse and then scrape and rinse some more. I felt like she spent most of the time rinsing and sucking out the water rather than actually cleaning my teeth. Overall, my teeth did not feel as clean as expected when you visit a dentist. Besides that, when I was done. The secretary made me fill out all the necessary forms and then charged me for the cleaning. I was not expecting this because when I called a week prior to my appointment they told me that my insurance fully covers the cleaning like my dental hygienist and I did not need to pay anything. The secretary told me the plan changed, but my insurance goes by yearly. So clearly they lied to me. There's no way that my plan changed in a week. They obviously are not full coverage but state they are. Pretty much lied to me and tricked me into coming to get my teeth cleaned here and the charging me. I even brought my boyfriend to get his teeth cleaned here too. In the end, I ended up paying around $70, on top of that they also charged my insurance. My boyfriend ended up paying around $80. I tried talking to the manger but she was not in that day. So my mom called to complain for me a few days later because it was their mistake. The manager offered to send me a credit. It's been about month or more since then. However the credit of about $70 never came in the mail. Clearly this place is a SCAM. The people here are not honest or trustworthy. They lie to you to get your business. Avoid visiting this place at all costs.

Never before have I been treated with such kindness and warmth in a dental office. In my previous experiences involving dentists, you come in, sit down, and somebody does whatever they're going to do with your teeth (and then you pay and leave). Sometimes, there is pain or discomfort, and for a lot of people (myself included) very frequently there is some level of anxiety. Not at this office. Here, there's an incredible level of genuine care for you as a person first and foremost; you begin with a thorough and personalized getting-to-know-you session, and every procedure that follows comes with a sit-down talk to explain both the situation and your options on how to handle it, along with printed information sheets (about everything!) to take home if any further knowledge is helpful to have. Your input during the visit is absolutely welcome, and asking questions is actively encouraged. Even the clinic itself doesn't leave you feeling like you're in a traditional dental office - it is a beautiful, clean, welcoming space with a genuinely homey feel and comfortable vibe. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the punctuality of everyone there is impeccable; I have never had to wait more than a minute or two after showing up to end up in a dental chair. And once I'm in that chair, I am treated with unparalleled courtesy and respect. At first, all I went in for was a routine cleaning and a check-up regarding a small spot I saw on one of my back teeth. Dr. Shirley explained to me what it was, and remedied the situation with speed and professionalism. However, I also had an emergency appointment done a month after my first visit and was booked in right away. Besides being young and energetic, Dr. Priya seem to be one of those dentists that truly does respect and care about her patients. I had a cavity filled which another dentist said I'd need a root canal on. She assured me that she would succeed in fixing it with minimal difficulty and proceeded to do so. I feel like most dentists try to sell you on additional treatments just to make extra money but she really seems to bring out concerns I had for a while and explain what options I have. She is very knowledgeable compare to the dentists I've tried in the past through gift card recommendations on sign up. She was kind to do my first dental cleaning as well as the consultation. While it could be because the dental hygienist couldn't make it to the shift, she explained she actually enjoyed doing it for the first appointment, so she can assess the teeth closer. She's really personable and easy to talk to and learned a lot about how she got in the business and her family. I'm sure she can put even those most reluctant at ease. The clinic also follows full COVID protocols, you'll have to sign forms online/in-person. Pens are sanitized between uses. Appropriate barriers are in place. They also followed up with me and asked if I have developed any COVID symptoms since I've visited. I wish they had an automatic charge on my insurance like some other health providers. That would've saved me the trouble of dealing with admin work of submitting my receipts.
