She never asked me what set of eyelashes I was going to want before scheduling me and taking my money then she tells me really rudely that she doesn't have time for that and I asked her if she wanted to reschedule me since she didn't inform me of that before making me the appointment she said that the money was going to be lost anyhow , and never asked if I wanted to reschedule ! She made me waste work time , gas money , and the deposit money ! I know what is like to work with clients having good costumer service ! This person does not have any of this . She was not nice about it and more likely she was rude when texting me back mocking my questions. You don't have to deal with this type of people and bad costumer service !!!! I am an extremely picky person when it comes to doing anything permanent on my face (no surgeries or prior microblading experience). So it took me forever to trust someone with my brows. A few months ago I stumbled upon this place by accident when dining at Kenneth Village. Needless to say her team made scheduling a breeze for me in less than 5 minutes. And I feel lucky to be chosen as a model for their masterclass :) it was a fun experience & painless. The service which I booked for was combo brows which is a technique great for someone like me with more scarce spots on the tail. It basically blends microblading with powder brows. Super cool & new! Upon arrival, Elle numbed my brows so I barely felt any pain. She made sure to double check the color + darkness with me. Meanwhile she sketched an outline and ran it by me to ensure that's the shape I wanted. Expect a little bleeding & redness after your treatment, it's completely normal. The more dry your skin is the better it holds the ink. Just remember to follow the pre & post care and you should be golden! Aka no coffee or alcohol before your treatment and Aquaphor is your best friend for 10 days ;) I'be been getting so many compliments ever since I did combo brows and my brows aren't even healed yet! The day of I came in and she greeted my right away and we talked more about what I wanted her to achieve. She measured and pre drawed them until I was happy to move forward. She numbed the area with a cream and I didn't feel any discomfort. It took about 2-3 hours so make sure you are not in a rush. The results were very natural. They look like my own hair. On April 26 you booked me for APRIL 27 @6:30pm. On April 27 at 6:08pm you asked if I could come a few minutes earlier, I said I could not since I lived 25 minutes away but that I would be there 6:31pm (on time, where is the 15 minutes you mentioned?). Anyhow - how do you provide a different service to someone in 30 minutes. You thought initially I was getting a full set, but luckily for you I was only getting a fill. Doesn't a full set take more time? That proves you were going to rush me because you had a dinner planned and tried to squeeze me in. Shows your inability to properly manage your own schedule and you literally cancelled on me when I was 3 minutes away all due to your poor communication. I had an important event that night so of course I still wanted to be seen since I was already in route. Also I have a text message on April 9 from you (also uploaded) when you told me that for a full set you take about 45 minutes. April 27 all of a sudden you condensed ALL OF your appointments to 30 minutes? So again, please plan accordingly, learn to be honest, and look up the definition of being courteous to your customers.
