Not a satisfying experience. Just purchased $143 worth of juice, wish I hadn't. The gentleman helping me acted like he would rather be anywhere else but assisting me. I am in the market for a rebuildable tank and some of the information he gave me was wrong and misleading (I checked his info on a few sources online to verify). Much of the juice is behind the counter blocked by Covid plexiglass and difficult to see. He was not happy or patient in having to tell me what was behind there, but we couldn't disturb his dog. Upon checking out I asked for a discount for a multi-bottle purchase (most shops I frequent give a 15 or 20% discount on orders over $100 or offer a rewards card). Here you put in your phone number for a $5 discount. Since leaving the store three hours ago I have received 9 texts from the "rewards" company. I am pretty loyal to a shop in downtown Portsmouth which has always treated me well but wanted to see what this place had to offer. I will not make the mistake of going back to NH Vape Gallery. For what I spent here I could have gotten better, cheerful service and more juice for my money in Portsmouth. The selections of juice are pretty similar. Shoulda just walked out but I had the momentum toward the purchase and didn't think it through. Bought a vape and it was expired but I thought it would still be fine. It started leaking juice out of the charging port and auto ripping until a blinker. I happened into this store just to select price options in the area. This, I have to say was the best move I ever made. I had a Smok stick to start with and was thinking of moving into something heavier as I had quit smoking almost entirely in the 6+ weeks I started vaping (less a few cigarettes during a week long power outage where I couldn't charge my stick). After speaking to the owner and staff and trying a new liquid I didn't care for...I decided to get a Smok Mag kit. Awesome price, and I got new liquids, extra batteries, a charger, coils...let me just say this...I saved BUNDLES of cash. I even went into the other local stores and no one compared. Viewing online prices of e-cig and vape sites...I can say this place competes with their prices as well, if not beat them outright. Came in for the first time and was greeted by the owner. Was a really cool guy and down to earth. Was looking for an entirely new set up. He hooked me up. I told him how often I vape, what I like to run for wattage, and what not. He nailed it. He hooked me up with the Smok T-priv. It was a kit that came with the big baby tank. Absolutely love the Smok tanks as you don't have to take them apart to fill them up. And there are tons of coils to choose from. From full flavor to full cloud and everything in between. Since the initial purchase, I've been back multiple times and have been super happy with every other purchase. Great juice selection and tons of hardware. His batteries are also fully and properly charged. I was so impressed with the staffs knowledge, friendliness, and shop selection, I've been sending all my friends there. Happened to stop by during my trip to New Hampshire and I'm willing to take the drive again from New York. Joe's the best and has amazing customer service. There's a huge selection of brands and flavors of disposable devices. He took the time to tell me each one since I didn't have my glasses and couldn't see the flavors while still being able to help all the other customers. The guys behind the counter never make me feel like I'm an idiot because I just got my first vape and I have no idea about any of the terms, juices or types of vapes. They explain everything to me and don't get annoyed with my questions. They are always wearing masks and have a glass partition between the patrons and themselves which shows they are prioritizing their customers safety in regard to the current pandemic. Their prices are in line with the other vape stores in the area and they will even order you something specific if you need it. Furthermore they have have some really cool art hanging up around the store which they've even translated into a clothing line called SLOWDOWN CLOTHING which I've ordered from online at slowdownclothing.com and I bought a beanie of awesomeness from the physical store which is well made and keeps my head warm. Chris (I think is his name) had the opportunity to talk me into a high priced vape as I told him what I needed and expressed that I would buy whatever he suggested. Would you believe that after hearing me out and learning that I throw my vape in my apron (I'm a server) and only have a short time to use it when busy, he didn't take advantage of my naivety, but instead chose me the most practical and economic vape available. He didn't try to oversell me at all. As an added bonus they have a loyalty program where you earn points for purchases and can redeem them for credit towards your purchase.
