This place is so cheap they sell you stuff that don't work and then Say sorry it's yours after it leaves here. Really that's horrible business I suggest going somewhere where people actually care. My friends tried to tell me but I didn't listen. Stupid me!! And I'm out on the money and the product but they are go to go!! Becareful folks!! . Oh well read more

I bought a pen there (for $22.99) and its SHIT, I charged it properly and barely used it...anyways I went there 48hrs later and the woman that "helped" me said I probably fucked it up when charging it (I informed her I didn't) and I can buy another one but the pen battery draining drastically is "normally" so...idk...save ur money...I'm out $23 and 3mins of my life read more

I purchased puff plus bars from them today. Tested in store and they worked but took a couple of more hits off the tangerine ice and tasted really bad. Checked the registration number when I got home on the PUff Bar website and it was invalid. the City Vapor sold me a counterfeit. When I called they refused to make it right. Said they can only replace it if it's defective. I pointed out it WAS defective (it tasted horrible, like burnt), and that it was ALSO counterfeit so they didn't sell me what I paid for. They don't care. DO NOT do business with these people. Defective products, he even acknowledged they may have sold me a counterfeit one but there's "nothing I can do for you". Not a good way to do business. read more

I would NOT recommend this place. The male person who works there most of the time is extremely unpleasant, difficult and aloof. The company polices are based on greed, not customer service or satisfaction. I'd prefer to give my business to decent people who care that I am their custom. read more

If I could rate this place a 0/5 stars I would. If you are looking to buy a $28 Elfbar that won't stop hitting and you have the chance of it blowing up in your face this is the place for you!! ;) If you want a place that expects you to read their return and exchange policy on papers because they're too lazy to tell you themselves and you're not guaranteed to receive a real working product and expected to pay full price if it malfunctions after you walk out the door this place is for you!! Personally this was my last straw with this business and your liquor store will not be getting my business either. If you're choosing to not give people exchanges within the same day of purchase that is ridiculous and quit sad that a company cannot take responsibility for the possibilities of accidents that can happen in peoples homes from these products. I can just go down the street to a transparent shop that will accept responsibility for what they sell. If you want honest policies and better exchange policies go down the street to a different vape shop trust me when I say this I've had better luck anywhere else over this place. Should've kept it as my backup option of place I never will choose to go to because in reality I would've been better off going to NH vape galley down the street, but I sadly chose to stop in because of convenience. Will never visit again hope this place gets shut down for their negligence of public safety read more

The have some of the cheapest, novelty, thin glass to ever come from China distributors the U.S. I will guarantee any individual that purchases anything there on one of those shelves, they'll I have it broken or cracked within a few uses due to poor quality of glass and fake materials while blowing this glass in China. This is one of the worst glass shops in the local area, but if you need a fake quartz banger ( which is really glass there) that'll break within the first use, feel free to head on down to the city. read more

Much of the juice is behind the counter blocked by Covid plexiglass and difficult to see. He was not happy or patient in having to tell me what was behind there, but we couldn't disturb his dog. Upon checking out I asked for a discount for a multi-bottle purchase (most shops I frequent give a 15 or 20% discount on orders over $100 or offer a rewards card). Here you put in your phone number for a $5 discount. Since leaving the store three hours ago I have received 9 texts from the "rewards" company. I am pretty loyal to a shop in downtown Portsmouth which has always treated me well but wanted to see what this place had to offer. I will not make the mistake of going back to NH Vape Gallery. For what I spent here I could have gotten better, cheerful service and more juice for my money in Portsmouth. The selections of juice are pretty similar. Shoulda just walked out but I had the momentum toward the purchase and didn't think it through.
