I was told to give it more time. Multiple attempts to discuss results with the staff were ignored or met with excuses. A discussion eventually occurred about discounting future procedures but was told to wait at least 12 months. Efforts to reengage the conversation after waiting over a year were met with excuses and no knowledge of discounting additional procedures as discussed. Would not recommend. Very disappointed.
