This was my first drip but I had more at other places and since updated this review knocking some points. Mainly first and foremost I think the lady here dripped too fast and caused some unpleasant feelings I first associated with a previous illness. The other IV clinic said what I felt was likely a result of a fast drip and yeah that is definitely what I saw and felt. I think she did 1000ml in 20-30 minutes which was too fast. The second is you're sitting next to other people and there are not private rooms. Maybe not a huge deal but there are better places. I probably wouldn't come back here. It wasn't terrible but I would definitely ask them to slow the drip if you do. I think it should take an hour or more for 1L.

Since I had tummy tuck surgery, I wondered if the experience would be the same. I started to watch YouTube videos to get some perspective. After watching the videos, I decided to get the IV therapy, but I wanted to ensure it was done at a place that was clean, calming, and professional. I decided to go to IV Drip Hydration due to having more good reviews than bad, which is a good indicator. I was able to make an appointment online without any issues. I called because I was running 20 minutes behind my appointment to ensure they wouldn't be closed and able to see me. Needless to say, the staff stayed late to assist me with my IV therapy. The place was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. The staff is extremely accommodating, friendly, and very professional. It was my first time, and they ensured I was very informed and prepared by providing a detailed explanation of the procedure and answering all my questions. As I was being taken back to the IV room, the NP could tell I was a little nervous and asked if there was anything she could do to calm my nerves. I couldn't think of anything at the time, so she put on some relaxing music to help. As I was taken back to the IV room seeing the massaging and reclining chairs helped ease my nerves a little. I told the NP I was scared of needles due to past bad experiences. As she was preparing the IV bag and needle she started to ask about my grandbaby whom I had just finished talking to. While conversating with her about my grandbaby and life, I didn't even realize she had already stuck the needle into my arm until she said I'm all done. That was amazing, she was the first person who was able to get the needle in the first time and without me feeling any pain. Upon completion of my therapy, I was offered a variety of beverages and snacks. In my opinion, this is definitely going above and beyond to ensure your customer is taken care of. I would highly recommend IV Drip Hydration to my family, and friends, as well as social media. They made my first IV therapy incredibly therapeutic.

She did not introduce herself and I asked during my facial. Anyway, she was great. Face to Face Spa does a lot of other services as well. They offer several different kinds of facials, Botox, waxing, weight loss injections, lashes, peels and brow tinting. F to F also has a membership program for discounts off your services.
