I have been a patron for nearly two months now, since I had to reduce my "beauty budget" to nearly $0, and each time I've come on a Friday slightly before open (10am). If you don't show up at open, expect a wait as this salon is located on a main street and welcomes walk-ins! With the exception of once, management hadn't even opened the salon doors earlier than 10:05am. There is a slight language barrier between patrons and nail technicians, which I feel causes the nail techs to become distracted with what I assume are personal conversations versus building a rapport with new customers. If you're the "I don't like to be bothered anyway" type, there are plenty of Buffalo Spree magazines available to get your mind off of wishing you hit the lottery so you could hire an on duty manicurist ! The gentleman who did the pedicure was definitely not experienced. He cut my nails way too short and the polish was messy. He resorted to cleaning up the mistakes by scraping and using a cuticle trimmer to pull off the drips. It definitely felt like amateur hour. I left there feeling stressed and unhappy. I will never go back.

It is a husband & wife who own and operate the salon and both are friendly and helpful. The man who did my nails did get a piece of acrylic in my eye when he was shaving off my old color but he felt absolutely terrible and asked me tons of times if i was okay and got me tissues and eye drops and I was totally fine. I really appreciated how concerned he was. This isn't my normal salon & I only stopped in because I was in the area but would definitely come back for the prices and service.
