When I went in Wednesday at 1 pm to pick it up they could not find it. Came back at 430pm they found the suit pants and the shirt. Still missing the coat. While we were there the found the coat. Said it would be ready in 30 min. We came back a hour later still not finished. Waited till it was finished as I needed it the next day. The lady behind the counter was super helpful and stated she just started Monday as the other 3 people working were no longer there. The owner was called at 1pm regarding the issue, when we were there to get the suit the last time and still waited for her to finish it up she informed us the owner was going to be there in 5 min but of course he never showed!! What makes this worse is when I dropped off the suit it was prepay so I had already paid for the suit to be cleaned!!! No offer of any refund as we went to purchase another suit as no y knew where ours was!! Ownership here should be ashamed for throwing someone into this not knowing how to do this and not watching the business properly. Needless to say we will no longer visiting this business again!!

The owner explained that the difference was because he had to measure the inseam. I explained that I never heard of that before - an extra $4 charge - to measure. That was just ridiculous. What reputable tailor would even think about charging for something that is a critical part of the job? I paid the $32 and left. I followed up with friends if they ever heard of a separate charge (was this the new thing??). They all said no. Don't use this tailor. There are plenty other cleaners and professional, courteous people to give your business to.

None of the rudeness others are talking about on here. In fact, at this point, they know me by name when I come in! Just what you'd expect as a regular customer! Their prices are reasonable; and unlike the other nearby cleaners I tried, their price is what they say it was when you come to pick up your clothes. I just wish they would offer same-day or 24 hour service. If you're in the area, I recommend them.
