Six pieces of dry cleaning should not be $40 especially when I'm told that my shirts would be 2.99 and then at the factory they changed it from 2.99 to 6.99 without an explanation. Please also don't tell me that the factory can change the prices depending on the materials when the materials are the same type of button down shirts. I showed up at 8 am and they informed me that I couldn't retrieve my clothes before 11 am. However, they closed early at 1 pm, giving customers just a 2-hour window to collect their items. It's a terrible disservice to customers, especially when they unexpectedly close shop. I had to buy a new shirt for a conference because they had all my dress shirts, and I had no way to pick them up. It's clear they need to reconsider their business practices. I can understand staffing shortages, but there are plenty of people looking for work, so "short staff" is not an excuse. The other services they offer to use a kiosk or delivery service was "not available" either. Get it together Tide. I'm not surprised by the 3 star rating, in fact, I'd expect it to be lower.
