I needed a front windshield replaced on our Toyota. I consulted with my insurance company and they provided the name of a reputable National company that was in town, being that I wanted to look around, I found Patrick and his company. Patrick was a great referral from Toyota of Round Rock since they do not perform the replacements in house when there was no body work needed. I did a quick Yelp check and all was good. Patrick was able to quickly get the glass I needed in under 24 hours, in fact, he was so fast that I was not ready for him! So I delayed a day until I could meet him for an appointment. He is a local guy with a mobile unit. He was able to beat/match my insurance companies recommendation (and others) AND he did not charge extra for a "mobile" replacement. He was able to meet us where we needed to and had all of the work performed in under an hour. 5 Stars all the way and I would recommend him or call on him next time I need another mobile glass repair or replacement. Round Rock Hyundai referred us to Nice Glass when the back passenger side window on our new Elantra shattered after being hit by something while we were driving on IH-35. The quote we received from Nice Glass was way more reasonable than a couple of their local competitors that were haggling with us on pricing versus just quoting one price and sticking with it. Plus Nice Glass was able to put us on the schedule for the next day, compared to one company that said they'd have to call us back to see when they could help us. I contacted Patrick and the whole process was easier than I thought. He got the windshield ordered and then he came to my house as scheduled and he did an awesome job. He did not charge extra for the mobile service. I watched him replace the windshield the whole time and I was impressed with how well he did the job. Due to rain, it took us three attempts to get Patrick to look at my truck rear window for leaks. He found the leak on Tuesday, gave an estimate, said he could perform the work that Saturday, and I haven't heard from him since. He doesn't return voicemail or text message. With 17 years of experience he was able to talk me through the entire replacement process as he did it to make me feel comfortable. He truly cares about being real with customers, which was evident when another rock hit my brand new windshield less than 24 hours after it was replaced.
