They went above and beyond for me! I brought my classic Mustang to them for a new windshield. These old cars have a rubber seal around the entire glass so not many shops will do them (and do them right!) any more. Turns out my battery was near death so when they needed to pull it into the stall to start the work it barely started. There's an auto parts store a few blocks away but no way I'd be able to carry a heavy battery there and back in the heat. I called them to see if they'd deliver it for me since it was less than a 5min drive but they refused since I wasn't a commercial account. Well, LPAG to the rescue! They called their contact over there, had the battery delivered, installed it for me, wrapped the cost into my overall bill, and even did a beautiful job on my car's windshield. The best! And to top it off they got the battery at commercial price, saving me over $50, and took care of the core return! Unreal. I see a lot of people have had great experiences here so my story is certainly an outlier. The people here were nice from start to finish, and they replaced my side window for less than anyone else quoted. That savings would unfortunately turn out to be a false economy. A couple of weeks after the replacement I find that the window is stuck in the rolled-down position and will not roll back up. I drove immediately back to Low Price. They promptly took a look even though I didn't have an appointment, and informed me that the window regulator was bad. They could get the part in about an hour and it would run around $300. I told them I'd pass and take the car to the dealer. It is a new-ish car, still under warranty, and it seemed unlikely to be a coincidence that the window regulator would randomly fail at that point. Sure enough, the dealership told me the installation was done improperly. A new OEM window, regulator, and labor totaled just over $1,100, on top of the $250 I paid to Low Price for the original replacement. Ouch! I don't think the people here are scheming and incompetent, but something did go wrong here, and it cost me a pretty penny. Being the lowest-price shop in town, it would be too much to expect them to offer to replace the regulator for free, and I certainly didn't ask for that. Maybe the aftermarket part for my particular window wasn't up to spec and they had no way of knowing - who knows? I'll say it one more time, they seemed to be nice folks and all, but I want to share my experience because it did not match the glowing five-star expectations I gathered from Yelp. read more

They happened to have my window glass in stock and Henry told me to head on over at my convenience. Told him it would not be until nearly 5pm and he said that was fine even though they close at 530. I arrived a little after 5 and quickly took my vehicle in. Shortly after we find out that the wearhouse accidentally sent the passenger side. Thinking his wearhouse guy had left for the day, he apologized and told me they would put a clear plastic for the evening and could take care of me ASAP the next day. I say no problem and Bam, the phone rings and it's the wearhouse guy. They quickly go get the correct window and before 6pm I'm on the road with a brand new window that is crystal clear. Crystal because the tint guy had gone home and that was totally understandable! I'm currently here now (the next morning) getting it tinted and Henry allowed my pups inside even though he already has his own fur baby inside behind the counter. My dogs were then only ones that got excited. His baby was a perfect host. Henry still gave mine tons of treats though! Can't beat quick service, genuine care and some love towards my fur babies! Brought my car in to get the rear driver's windshield replaced back in June/May but never had time to write a review. Less than an hour later, they were done, and I paid around $290 to get my car back. However, for the quality of work I received, the labour (excluding the part) should have only cost around $50, and the fact that they completed the job so quickly really shows that they were rushing things. First, the shattered window left pieces of glass everywhere, and nothing was done to clean up any of the mess. When I picked up my car, there was still pieces of glass near the seats, in the cupholder of the door, and inside of the gap in the door that the glass sits in. In addition, the interior panel was not even secured back in correctly, and when I got home, I ended up having to remove and reinstall the panel myself to fully fix it (and honestly could have just replaced the windshield by myself at this point). Overall, the work was extremely sloppy and lacked attention to detail relative to what I had paid, and it's as if I could have asked a 15 year old boy to do the repair for me and received a better end result. Disappointed and angry. Edit 1, 10/18/2023: I called to follow up as requested, and the person I spoke to had a passive aggressive attitude and persistently insisted that he didn't know what happened while saying sorry in an unsympathetic manner. He then said that the maximum he could do in compensation for my case was a $20 refund ONLY IF I CHANGE the review, and HUNG UP ON ME when I asked if he could do $25 (because a $5 difference is considered a threat for money extortion? Really?). EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE, I would deduct this review to ZERO STARS if I could and will be telling everyone I know to never have business with this establishment. Sadly I'm having to review these guys. I was transferred to them from Geico. The original part was approved. I called numerous times and was told I would get a call back and no response. I called the final time and was told they could not get Safelite to approve the OEM part however it had already been approved by Geico. The man I spoke with basically said Georgetown Infiniti could have the window in 2 days. I assumed they would be getting the window for me and put it in. I called Geico and they spoke with the office and was told I wanted the dealer which was not the case. I was waiting on the window from the dealer. I was helping by reaching out to Geico because it had already been approved. They decided they did not want to do the work. If you did not want to do the work, you should have reached out to your customer. Save yourself and use a better shop. read more

Extremely poor customer service. The man who answers the phone is very rude and tried to upcharge me. Last week he told me he'd charge $150 to replace one of my windows, but this week I called back and he had raised the price to $175. When I asked why the price was higher he got defensive. I called another location(Low Price Auto Glass South) and they immediately told me the price was $150. I came there unannounced (without an appointment) and spoke with the owner. He was extremely kind and actually came out and looked at my car right away. To the extent that he got his tools out and actually started doing the work, without any expectation of getting any money from this job. Nice people, but did a terrible quality glue job on my windshield. Didn't explain that their process would leave giant, unsightly amounts of glue bulging through the glass inside the truck. Looks terrible. They left black glue on my white body and interior trim. Told me I needed to come back later, a second time, to trim the glue they left after install. Didn't explain that until after the job was done. (I'm super busy, so a second visit was really inconvenient.) When I came back, they gladly trimmed off the glue. However, I had tint installed. I asked them not to mess up the tint. Again, unknowingly, they ruined my brand new tint fixing up their work. Tell me clearly before you might damage something. Maybe this was the best quality they could do on my vehicle, but none of that was explained to me so everything came as a surprise. If I had known this, I instead would have gotten a gasket and had them install a gasket instead. Bunch of time and money not put to good use. read more

Got my windshield replaced about 4 months ago and never got around to writing a review but let me tell you the service was incredible. I called same day asking if they had a BRZ windshield in stock and they did and I told them I was on my way. Dropped off my car, they carefully drove it into the shop and 40 minutes later, job was complete. Had OEM quality and fit and was considerably cheaper than everywhere else.
