During that time I got a new water heater, new fire alarms, and a new handle on my microwave that broke off, it broke again because it was the wrong one and he tried to jury rig it down it would work. I was a good tenant always paid my rent and never caused problems. Amy the manager abused me severely. Told me my rent never went up then after 6 months told me it did go up 50 per month and I had 24 hours to pay it. I lived there for 7 years and was told I had to pay 800 dollars for my EVS dogs and cats which were approved with my DR. Letters this is illegal. The apartment was in bad shape when I rented it, I asked for new carpet and was told no. These people need a class action lawsuit as if they done it to me I'm sure others have been treated the same. I left the apartment very clean and have not heard one word. I have video of before and after. They are stealing my security deposit and my deposit for my animals which is illegal. I could not move as I was fighting cancer. These people abuse the sick and the elderly. If you are thinking about renting from them run don't walk!!!! The landlady will abuse you!!!!!!she has a mouth like the devil.
