Monday morning at 7 a.m. two awesome guys (Dale an Jason) showed up and took down a 60-foot pine tree that was hanging over my garage. When I called today to book the job, I informed them again that I needed a bond letter and insurance cert. I was told that they are no longer bonded because their policy had lapsed. I asked for the insurance certificate. I was told I would receive an email with docs attached. I waited half a day to receive it, but no email came. When I called them this afternoon to follow up, I was told that indeed they DID NOT have insurance because policy lapsed for non-payment. Not honest people! My advice is to avoid this company! I called for a quote and he dropped by the same day to provide me the quote. $35 for mowing my yard. He seemed very knowledgeable about how lawns are and how then grow as well as the plants. Very nice chap. He then cut it the same day too. He went over my lawn twice with a pushmower because unfortunately my gate is too narrow for his riding mower. He did not charge me extra for the initial clean up! I had him then do a second job for me of going after my huge bush tree which he has made very nice. He also did my hedges. They look so much healthier now. A week later he did the weekly mow again. He made it so lovely looking with the beautiful edging job. He blew the leaves off of my porch too that the storm had left. I really appreciate the job. Before I found him, there were another 2 companies I had tried to hire which had nit worked out so well. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and his dedication.

Responded promptly, we sent a few notes about the issue I was having with a riding lawn mower, and it within the day we were scheduling him to come pick it up. Steven picked up my riding mower at a very reasonable price, took it back to his shop, had it diagnosed, ordered parts in, and repaired within a few days. He has excellent communication throughout the process giving solid estimates and doing quality work. Most of our reviews on Yelp are this long, but I'm super impressed by customer service, which does not seem to happen in business like it should. I will definitely use Steven again, and I've already shared his information with my neighbors should they need anything.

Trenton had to remove a fence to get in back yard, and remove my cloths line off tree. Said he put back up along with the fence after the grinder guy came to grind the stump. Almost 2 months ago. The stump is still there, the fence has NOT been put back up and the cloths line is still hanging. As far as I'm concerned, if you have Trenton do your tree, make sure you have everything done before they leave, cuz you will never see them again. Will not recommend.

We ordered full screens but half screens came in so we have those in right now until the correct ones are delivered. BIG shout out to Zack and Greg who installed them! They did a fabulous job, very professional. I just cant stop looking at them. My dog likes the storm door that opens either at top or bottom so he can look outside. I would definitely recommend this company if you need new windows and doors! Update: the window screens that were installed were not the full screens we ordered. They were supposedly reordered the day of installation, June, and its 4 months later and we STILL do not have them. We are constantly calling and getting one excuse after another from the owner. Really like the windows and doors but customer service is not good at all. Will not recommend this company for this reason alone.
