Horrible. I went in for dip nails with my friend which you can see in the picture hers turned out decent. The women doing my nails did the power and top coat all out of order and the nails were weak and floppy. My fingers were bleeding and broke off the second I left the store. I walked back in to get a refund I didn't even want to get them removed I was going to do that myself at home. They refused to give me a refund said that is not something they do. I asked repeatedly and respectfully but the women went back to sitting down and started to ignore me. read more

I recently got a manicure at Nice Nails and was less than impressed. I visited this establishment with 3 other girls (a wedding party) and we were ALL disappointed. The workers were not friendly, rushed through their work and did a terrible job. The guy doing my nails cut one of my cuticles so short that it started bleeding. He didn't stop, apologize or say a word - he just rubbed some antiseptic on it and kept going. To make matters worse, my paint job was peeling and chipping within 24 hours. My friend (the bride) had rhinestones applied to her nails and they fell off the next morning. Do yourself a favor and find a different nail shop. read more

I would most definitely not recommend this nail salon. I was in town visiting from out of state and went here for pedicure. They were not friendly, very unprofessional. Seemed irritated from time the moment I walked in. I will not be back. read more

They were actually pretty good and also was fast . They were gentle but also talked a lot. They could oF brought the price down too 20$.

Wonderful place! I was really nervous based on the other two reviews on here, but since there really aren't other options in this area I gave it a shot! I was pleasantly surprised and absolutely happy with the results! Staff were wonderful and friendly. Slight language barrier but at least they made an attempt to be personable and honestly if you make the effort to listen, it's really not much of a barrier. Tons of options to choose from on pedicure sessions! They really took their time with me! I told them I wasn't really a nail polish on the hands kinda girl they gave me lots of subtle options so I wouldn't have to go bold! Would highly recommend coming here. The only way I'd see you having a bad time is if you're not an easy to get along with person. read more

Place was way under staffed. All the chairs were full with only two people doing 8 chairs. I waited over an hour soaking in cold water and the girl Next time even longer. The first time I went, I was given the shop owner: "Michael". He took his time, and did an excellent pedicure. When it came time to do my nails, I told him I'd been using someone out of town, and was very apprehensive to change. I explained to him about my debilitating arthritis and my displeasure with someone who is too rough with my hands. While there is a huge language barrier ((He is the least bilingual nail tech I have ever had....making it very difficult to communicate)) He and I discussed what I wanted to do ex: shape & color, and that I'd want to come in next time for a new set. This 1st visit went smoothly, and I was very pleased with the job he did. The shop was very clean, and while they did not have individual exhaust screens at each station, to pull the smell, nail dust, and extra dry acrylic product away from the client, and the lack of nail polishes were two items I chose to over look on this first visit. 2nd Visit: A great Pedicure, but he tried to "sell" me on just using any nail tech in the shop, and I explained to him, I prefer to use one nail person all the time while making appointments, well in advance, as I can't afford the time to sit and wait as a walk-in. I had never had someone try to dissuade my business, as I have always been a generous tipper, and a fair customer. 3rd Visit, I arrive 5 minutes early, and ask for Michael. I was shown back to the pedicure chair and the water was turned on. I notice that Michael is doing another woman's nails, and based on what I saw, I knew he had just started. 20 minutes pass, and I realize I am going to be late for the next appointment I have, so I look up to get his attention, he comes back to tell me, it will be 5 minutes. ((I learned years ago, this was usually code to buy more time for the nail technician)) I sit 30 more minutes, and I decide to call my Mom to ask her advice. She tells me to dry my feet, and just get up and leave. I ask another nail tech for a towel and she starts to tell Michael (In Vietnamese) that I am not happy, and am going to leave. He comes over to say, "Sorry, sorry, I am done, I am done." I go against my gut, and stay seated, and it takes him another 10-12 minutes to get things picked up and come back to the pedicure area. SEVENTY FIVE MINUTES after my booked appointment time, he comes back. I have a discussion with him and, while I write down my cell number. I tell him, "if you are going to be running late, on my appointments, I don't have a problem with you calling my cell phone. I always have many things to get done for all the family I care for, and that 75 minutes late was not acceptable." I wasn't unkind, loud, obnoxious and tipped the full amount. I have noticed during the 3 appointments, no one in this shop ever turns anyone away, there is a sense of GREEDINESS in this shop that I have never experienced. The time they spend with each customer is very inconsistent, and that can only mean the level of services is never the same either. I witnessed this very issue sitting next to a nice lady yesterday, what normally is an hour pedicure, her's lasted maybe 15 minutes. YESTERDAY was the 4th ((AND MY LAST)) APPT. at this salon. I arrived on time. Was shown to the pedicure chair, I sensed Michael was upset, mad, something. This time, there were cooking timers at the pedi-stations, and while there, I noticed they rang out sporadically,so now the Pedicures were being timed? Weird. I noticed Michael taking much less time, and even doing some steps of the pedicure, on both of my feet at once, which in all my time at nail salons, I have never seen that happen, not once! It was just very quick, pushy, and I felt uncomfortable. He indeed shaved the appointment down to less than 30 minutes, from the other times, lasting more than an hour. When I got to my nail station, a friend I know came in and was seated next to me. Several times, he would snort, or breathe loudly, and tell me to "BE STILL" even though I had been, once even telling me, "IF you keep moving you are going to hurt me or you." I found it very unusual, and to the point of being embarrassed. I even told my friend, when he got up to take a payment, what had happened at the last visit, how I'd been pushed aside for 75 minutes so he could do some Snooty-Toot woman's nails, even though I had an appointment. The Snooty-toot woman kept getting more services, his GREED would not tell her, he had a customer waiting. Like I was getting everything free, or at a discount,which I was not. As my nails were being finished up, I knew (3) women in the salon, and while I was getting more upset by the moment, I did not want any of these women to see the "GHETTO QUEEN" side of me, as their opinion of me mattered more at that moment, than taking up for myself. For the first time in 20+ years of getting my nails professional done, I did not tip my customary amount. I know I should have taken up for myself. I will never go back. read more
