An update...after going back and forth with the refund department I was finally issued a full refund and ordered an option that was a true gold. I was told I wouldn't be refunded fully but once I posted my negative review on the product and service is when I suddenly got a response stating they would in fact refund me the full amount plus shipping to and from and also waived a 15% restocking fee. A friend of mine ordered favors from this company and paid extra for 2-day delivery. She received it 7 days later. When she tried to contact the company - which only communicates by e-mail, by the way, they refused to refund the cost of the shipping. Their explanation was that 2-day shipping does not mean you will receive it in 2 days. But they will charge you extra for it. Seriously? If you cannot guarantee 2-day shipping, how dare you charge your customers extra promising it? The words 'false advertising' and 'scam' come to mind. unfortunately, i am not having a good experience with Nice Price Favors as UPS has lost my order and the package should've arrived one week ago for an event taking place tomorrow Sat. 2/1/2014. I placed this order on 1/17/2014 and received a shipping confirmation saying the order would be delivered by 1/24/2014. It didn't arrive then but I was patient assuming that UPS had the package and they would deliver it first thing that following Monday. I tracked the package all week then I finally contacted UPS and they told me to contact the shipper. I contacted Nice Price Favors and they contacted UPS to find out that UPS lost the package and they were starting an investigation. The lady from Nice Price Favors could not have been nicer, but that's little consolation when your order is lost and I don't have favors for my sisters first babyshower. I'm so angry! Angry at myself for not making a bigger stink about this on 1/24/2014, the original delivery date. And I'm angry at stupid UPS. This site has cute party favors but if the shipping is unreliable, what's the point. I don't know if they need to switch to FedEx or the post office, but loosing a package is unacceptable. We ordered 200 small glass spice jars. Of course with the delivery systems we have today, some breakage was anticipated as often packages are just tossed to the doorstep. I asked that they take extra care to bubble wrap the contents and mark outside packages FRAGILE as well. Despite these extra efforts which the vendor followed, we did have about 10% break. After filling out an RMA and uploading pictures showing the breakage replacements were rushed out. I found the customer service department to be courteous and prompt in their follow-up. I was able to customize my glass on the site to get an idea of what it would look like. I know i was pushing the time because i ordered them on June 2nd (before 3:30 so it can start processing same day) and needed them for June 18th (my shower date). The site does tell you that each custom order needs 2 weeks for processing plus shipping so needless to say it was a nail-biting period of time until i received my order shipped email on June 13th....what a relief! My order arrived on or about June 15th. Not a single broken wine glass. I ordered extra just in case since other reviews stated they had 1 or 2 broken in their shipment. I purchased the playing cards with labels that I have to apply myself from this company. When I received them the font was entirely too small on the labels. When ordering online you have the option to select the font but not the size. While viewing the sample created online everything looked proportionate but when you get the labels they are very difficult to read. The last line has the wedding date and they made it ridiculously small. I contacted the company for assistance but they told me I would need to pay more to have more labels reprinted and that maybe I should change the font. I asked them why do they offer that font if it doesn't work for that product. They don't stand behind their product at all. Being stuck with these poorly made labels I started to put them on the decks of cards. Now the ink is smudging and the colors are rubbing off. Huge disappointment. terrible quality! received broken loose fans with long clear wire sloppily put together and ordered personalized fans requesting names with dates. i am putting label stickers on each fan, i ordered 60 of these so i am sitting here putting them on and half of the fans are broken. the wood is not a consistent color, some are really light and others are very dark almost look dirty and burnt.. there are parts of the fan that have burnt holes and broken pieces. what kind of business does this to people that are trying to use these items for their wedding? pissed the hell off. read more

I just received my order of 115 wine barrel design bottle openers, which I will be using as my wedding favors. I am so happy with them! Based on my thorough online search, this was the most affordable company to go with for the specific item I was seeking. My order was shipped the following day and arrived later that day. Since I did not need them for another two months, I felt that the shipping was more expensive than what I would like at $28.13, but the per item price for 115 and the total price including shipping beat any other store out there I found that carried this item (and there were several including eBay). I found a coupon for 5% off which helped offset some of that cost! They also did arrive basically over night, before their estimated day which was from one more day up to a week and well packaged, so that was all great. Though it was nice they came packaged, I wished I could have selected the box design/color and the ribbon color. The box (gold with grapes and barrels) was wrapped in gold ribbon with thank you tags. All in all this was just what I was looking for in the area of my price range. I would totally recommend shopping here as long as you are aware of the high shipping cost. They only are available via email, even if you request to speak with a live person they ignore you're requests!! They take days to answer you're emails. Nice Price claimed to have shipped my package with Fed Ex, Fed Ex delivered to the wrong address or STOLE my package, I will never know! NICE PRICE REFUSED TO HELP ME AT ALL! They stated that they are NOT responsible for Fed Ex although they used Fed Ex to ship and never required a signature to accept my package! My $200.00 package never arrived to my house, and Fed Ex stated they delivered my package in the "bushes" and I have NO BUSHES IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE!! Sadly the Nice Price Customer Service agent named "Becky" stated she called Fed Ex, filed a claim but Fed Ex won't issue a refund, and they wont issue a refund neither, so I'm out my $200.00! When I contacted Fed Ex myself to follow up on the claim, Fed Ex stated that they have had no correspondence with the shipper (Nice Price) at all and there has not been any claim filed for a missing/stolen package. I am so angry that people can just get away with stealing your hard earned money and dismiss you so easily. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. I have been begging Nice Price via email to please have a Manager or Supervisor call me and I was told there is no Manager or Supervisor available.
