The owner of the store very rude ma'am who's selling half dead flowers for $1000, she think that 8 dozen it's 100, clearly problems with math. Instead of getting beautiful bouquet of roses I got a piece of shmak half black absolutely unacceptable delivery. I think she doesn't care about nor reputation nor the product she sells. When I try to talk to her and get my money back because this is not a roses but a disaster she said I'm not going to and I don't care turn her back on me while I was talking to her and left doing her things like I didn't exist. I needed a florist and was directed to Bunny's. I spoke to Judy on the phone and I told her what I was hoping to create. Judy was very helpful and she made a few suggestions which I appreciated very much. I requested a morning delivery and Judy had my flowers delivered early, which was something she couldn't guarantee. She did assure me she would try her best and that was good enough for me. I ordered a large bouquet of long stem roses in bright cheerful colors with a few random flowers thrown into the mix. The coral roses are just stunning. In fact, the entire arrangement is gorgeous. The service I received from Judy was phenomenal. The floral arrangement is so pretty and I couldn't be happier. I would use them again in a New York minute. They are professional, reliable and they just happen to do beautiful work~what more do you need? First of all the place smells SO FRESH when you first walk in. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable! This is a plant lovers wonderland, and the perfect place to find a meaningful gift. I worked with two people in here. The first on a Friday was quite kind, the second on a Monday a bit short. The arrangement which I only saw after it arrived to my gf's hotel room per her camera phone looked quite nice and was colorful as I'd asked for. I felt the second contact was a bit "terse" as noted by a former reviewer but it was early on a Monday and I did ask a lot of questions. Overall, what was sent out was nice but again, a friendlier demeanor may have made a bigger order. Still, I'd use them again. read more

Never again. I called to see if the flowers were on the truck and the woman had a rudy tudy attitude on the phone. When the flowers arrived, they CERTAINLY DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE $121 flowers illustrated on their website. Much smaller and some of the roses were not fresh. I ordered a very large bouquet to be delivered to my wife's work on the occasion of our 5 year anniversary. I received an email confirmation of my order over 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time I asked for. On the day of our anniversary, and wondering why my wife has not called or sent a message to say "Aww, I love you!", I reply to my confirmation email, and get a reply that that address is not checked by humans. I then try to call every single number listed anywhere I can find one for Bunny's floral. I found 3 numbers, for all of them NO answer, NO voicemail. Bunny's suggestion to make it right after I finally got ahold of them days later? "We could just send the bouquet for Christmas instead?" Really? That is your suggested fix for messing up a 5 year anniversary that is most certainly NOT on christmas? I ordered from Bunny's to support local business instead of spending more money for the same product by going to FTD or flowers.com instead. Guess I was wrong for doing that in this case! Very disappointed in this establishment. I had two very important occasions at my home....a wedding shower and a wedding reception. Both times I ordered flowers in bulk to make my own arrangements. Both times the flowers were in poor shape. What I could "save" only lasted a couple of days. The first time I brought pictures in and the shopkeeper gave me a store credit. Still didn't make up for the lackluster floral arrangements for the wedding shower. I gave them a second chance, as I like to support small businesses in the area. The flowers for the wedding reception had dead leaves, drooping flowers, dead looking buds and lasted a day or two. I went back after the event, again with pictures. I didn't want a credit or refund, just wanted them to know I wouldn't be doing business with them anymore. The store owner is not very pleasant. Would not recommend this florist at all. read more

I ordered a corsage & gave 2 pictures of a small round wrist corsage & asked that it looked like the pictures but even smaller. They made it larger & oval and the base was so heavy it flopped to the side. They said they would redo it~when I returned, it was round with literally brown spray roses in it. When I said the flowers were bruised and look like they were dying they told me they were sorry but it was Mother's Day and it was the best they could do because they get so many flowers for Mother's Day they come in crushed. I was so taken back, they wanted me to pay $35 for brown roses. This was my second bad experience with them! read more

I went back and forth with writing this. I went in for a bouquet for a birthday. I didn't like any of the prearranged bouquets and asked for help putting one together. The woman was so rude and unhelpful. She said since I didn't like the prearranged bouquets I should pick out every flower. Never gave me any help or direction! I received flowers from this shop for my birthday. The flowers that were used were such "cheap" flowers, with lots of filler in a bland color palette, if you could even call it that. This place is obviously for people who don't know the first thing about flowers When I called to try to talk about the flowers, which had been made the prior day, they were unable to locate my order, or perhaps they were uninterested The women was so nasty to me. She then said the owner remembered making up the order herself, and that, they were fine I wish I could post a photo of the daisies, and ferns and 2 white lilies in this birthday bouquet!!! About THREE weeks prior to Mother's Day, I called to order a gardenia corsage for my Mom. At the time I ordered, the woman I spoke with seemed very adamant on getting a precise time that I would be picking it up. I confirmed it would be 10:00 a.m. the day before. I called the day prior and told the woman I spoke with that I was confirming pickup of the corsage. Silence..... ??? So I asked "do you need my last name?" To which she proceeded to answer me in a very curt tone "it's the only one we have here". (OKay - I guess that makes sense to answer me that way because I'm obviously a mind reader and am supposed to know my gardenia corsage was the only one they have in the shop). I confirmed ONCE AGAIN that the pickup time would be 10:00 a.m. She asked if the order had to do with the prom. (I don't know about any prom). I told her no. So her attitude after I confirmed the time was "okay - I will tell them" - as if it was unimportant and why do I feel the need to let them know what time I would be in. I proceeded to go in this morning (yes I am writing this as I just came back a short while ago because that is how taken aback I am at how they treat/talk to people) and I informed them I am here to pick up my corsage. The woman said something about not before noon. ???? I told her that I called yesterday to confirm with the girl I spoke with that I would be there at 10:00 am to pick it up. The woman proceeded to say - verbatim "THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE - we don't open until 10:00" ??? A woman went to the back twice and then finally found my order. Clearly states on the receipt that I ordered it in PLENTY OF TIME to have it picked up on a certain day at a certain time. When they realized how they jumped the gun and assumed I was there to pick up something for the prom, the woman that told me it was "impossible" all of a sudden was very nice and proceeded to explain how they "had a junior prom going on today, blah, blah." And then she told me to have a nice weekend. Or at least I think she did. By that time I tuned her out and had already made up my mind that I will never do business with them again. They get one star because the corsage is acceptable. However, I have bought at other florists that packaged it nicer in a plastic container - not plastic wrapping. So for the money I spent I could have gotten a nicer packaged corsage and been spared the rudeness had a just went to my regular florist and not tried someplace new because it was closer to my house. I learned my lesson. The fact that this is the FIRST TIME EVER that I am submitting any sort of review - negative or otherwise - on a business speaks volumes. (And I've been around awhile. I am not a young girl - although I was spoken to as such). But that is how compelled I felt to do so because of the rudeness and unprofessionalism that I incurred.
