Was extremely welcoming when I arrived and got me a courtesy ride back to my home which was a major convenience: this was due to how close I live to the facility. Took my truck and sedan in on separate days, each taking about 4-hours to detail. I didn't get my carpets shampooed and opted for the basic exterior wash. Both vehicles were completed in the estimated time and seeing them detailed was awesome. My truck interior literally looked better than the day I bought it new. My sedan is a bit older and still looked awesome...for not being thoroughly cleaned in almost 5-years, I doubt a better result could've been produced. They have been contacted and they never called to resolve the issue and my tint is still terrible. The even scraped the auto defrost off my back windshield. Even skimped the back windshield by going over the light instead of covering the whole thing and I found out why when I went back there. Never going back. They kept my car for the entire day both times. Never was a priority to fix up the first mistake. Made the mistake of giving them a chance to do my tint, now I will have to pay someone else to get it done and hopefully the right way.
