The car wash was alright, but not worth the 234 they charged me, because after getting the engine cleaned my check engine light showed up. I had just gotten my car serviced a few days ago. Everything was perfectly fine at the dealership and now there's a check engine light on and who knows how much that is going to cost me to fix up. Unfortunately I can't do anything about it because I already signed the waiver. I recommend this company either stop offering that engine cleaning option or people just avoid this place all together. read more

I have used them six times in the past few years on several cars. They made a 2013 and a 2009 vehicle look like they just came off the showroom floor. They have a few different "packages" and personally, I feel their prices are a little high, but the work I've received has been outstanding. I've had them detail the outside and completely clean the inside each time. They did an excellent job cleaning headlight lens on one car as well. DO NOT GET YOUR ENGINE BAY CLEANED HERE. They power wash your engine & have you sign a waiver saying they're not liable. I'm young/naive & thought it was fine, but now my engine misfired, & I'm literally not able to drive it at all. When I turned on my car after leaving, it shook violently & my check engine light was flashing so I had to pull over & now I'm paying even more to get it fixed. All other services is "alright", I ordered #3 for interior & exterior, but I can't even see my dashboard, & my headlights are hazy, they wanted to charge me an extra $50 to polish them after paying almost $300 for the "full detail". If I wanted a car wash I would have asked for a car wash. If I asked for a detail then I should have received a detail. I brought in my car for a detail, what I got in return was a car wash. Don't get me wrong it was a GOOD car wash but still a car wash no less. I dropped off my car for 2 hours and when I picked it up there was still residual bug guts on the front bumper, dry water spots and other spots that was completely missed. Trust me, I tend not to nitpick and I am far from a professional detailer but for me to walk up to the car and immediately see these things within seconds is pretty sad. Do they do a 'good' car wash? I came here today after doing a bit of research and these guys had reasonable prices and availability. I decided to take my small SUV here to get detailed. My main focus was to get my interior cleaned extremely well as I have to ship my vehicle overseas and getting through inspection i hear is a nightmare. When I arrived there I asked the salesman how much it would be to get my interior completely pristine and to make sure my back cargo and spare tire would be cleaned too. He quoted me $180 and asked if I would like the exterior done too and I figured why not he was including it in for $25 I also asked to include an engine detail. I sat inside the waiting area and figured I'd be there all afternoon as my appointment time was set for 2 pm and their signed said their detail would be 3-4 hours and I arrived around 120 pm. I was out of there by 310. The service was quicker than I expected but they did an ok job as I took a quick look, I noticed a few spots but most of them were exterior and some where around the doors and especially on the back hatch of my suv. He told me it was just grease but I could clearly still see caked on dirt where they didn't clean the back hatch very well. I also noticed that around the wheel well I still had mud on it and he offered to treasure it but i was a bit peeved at this point. I went inside and paid and he also honored their 15% discount for a yelp checkin but when I finally got home I opened my trunk and was even more pissed off. I specifically asked for my cargo area and my spare tire area to be cleaned thoroughly but here are pictures of where my cargo net would usually go clearly having dust still in it and btw I did not even have my cargo net and accessories installed because I've already shipped those overseas prior to my vehicle. Needless to say the whole experience was mediocre at best and will now have to go elsewhere and pay again to have it redone. Ok read more

This place is ONLY by appointment! Website / google maps doesn't say this. No one comes to your car to greet you. Staff only speaks Spanish. Took 2 in person employees, 2 wait times, to get a boss on their cell phone to speak English to me. They assumed I was there early for a 9 Am appointment just because I drove a Toyota. Finally made them understand in a new customer. No prices are posted in the wait or check out tiny building. Then they wanted $160 just to clean interior of my car. They do hand wash exterior which is nice I guess. Had to climb up steep steps to front door with my cane. The ramp available is far too steep, certainly not up to ADA regulations! We called in needing a Full Interior Detail on a Chrysler Town & Country with plenty of miscellaneous gunk from a couple years worth of kid's mishaps and probably over 100 dogs in and out as we used it for a dog business we ran out of our old home. Paradise Auto has a huge menu of any requirements you may need for your vehicle. I have taken my old CRV there for wash, wax and detailing and then again for headlight cleaning. My car was so horrible and they worked magic on it. I was shocked that it looked so great when they finished. I have also taken my truck there. I'm going again for some other levels of detailing. I just purchased a used car. I had to wait 24hours to pick it up while it was "being detailed". Not sure what everyone else's definition of detailing is buuuut my car had dog hair all over it, to the point where my kids thought I already took our dog for a ride. I had not. There was schmootz running down the side of the center console. There was weird dirt on the steering wheel. All of these things were easy to remove with some Dawn Powerwash and a cloth. Made an appointment to get a '13 Dodge Avenger detailed and headlights restored at this business. I was told they upcharged for the car as they said it was a "larger car" despite their sign only have 3 vehicle sizes car, SUV, and Truck/SUV. When asked what the up charges would be I was told based on size of the car and because there was pet hair it would be a $500.00 up charge after the man looked at the price board; no where was anything written on the board reflecting that. I do field work in my Subaru Outback and have taken it to a dozen places to have it detailed after spending weeks in the field in it and never had near that kind of up charging. Today (June 6) I brought my new BMW 540 in for wash and wax. I met Alex (manager) and he gave me great advice on what I needed to do and what I did not need to do. He is awesome! I waited in a nice A/C'd waiting area w TV. Got in and out of there in a little more than an hour and the car looked incredible when finished. I was charged a very fair price for hand wash, clay bar, Carnuba hand wax and McGuire's Simonize Paint Mirror Glaze. I would have easily paid twice what he charged @anywhere else. I have been a customer of this location for several years and absolutely loved the service until my last visit. I was not greeted upon arrival, streaks were left on my car, and several items were missing from my car - my change compartment was emptied, my aux cord was missing and several other small items were misplaced. After giving the workers a solid tip and discovering this, I approached them and they said they didn't see any of those items. So, I teach, which means on any given day my car looks like the inside of an Office Depot after a hurricane. It's a hazard of the job. Once a month or so, I try to bring my car to Paradise for a deep cleaning, since their location is two blocks from my home and the staff is friendly. I'm from the East Coast and I used to be able to get a full-service car wash on par with Paradise's for about $20 with tip included, so I'm still getting acclimated to how much more expensive car washes are around here. Less competition, I suppose. In any case, I have never been disappointed with the service provided here. Their staff has always taken the utmost care with my car and have always returned it to me looking like the day I drove it out of the dealership. Paradise was able to get us in the next morning. They did a thorough inspection and gave us an honest and complete estimate. He thought I didn't speak Spanish and was on the phone with another person talking about this other customer who was in the waiting room with me. The customer was a black girl, fairly young and she had no idea the dude was talking trash.
