If I could give Nichole more than 5 stars I would! She is the total package...extremely friendly, reliable, and very knowledgeable (industry and local). Not only that, she also has a fantastic network in case you need additional help throughout the process. As for our experience, we looked at a lot of houses and Nichole never seemed anxious or disgruntled that we hadn't bought one yet. She put in the same amount of time and effort on the 25th house as she did the 1st. She suggested new houses that were on the market and also updated us when she heard news about our target areas (ex: a new Publix will be built). She was also very flexible and worked around our schedules. When Looking at houses, Nichole would point out some potential concerns based on the age of the house (lead based paint, Styrofoam behind the siding, type of plumbing used during that time, etc.) which was above and beyond the typical realtor talking points. When we finally found "the one" and put in our offer, Nichole was very assertive and made sure our concerns were heard. I truly believe she had our best interest at heart instead of telling us what would simply seal the deal! In the end, I know we got the best possible deal we could! Where to start? As a first time home buyer, she made the entire process so much easier than I imagined possible. Moving in from out of state she was more flexible with my schedule than I was.
