Nichole is an absolute ROCK STAR realtor. She's played an instrumental role buying/selling two separate homes for me in past 12 months. Buying Experience: Nichole managed a long-distance purchase of a new home for me flawlessly (move from S.F. to Atlanta). Nichole worked non-stop to ensure short visits to Atlanta were efficient - getting me in to see homes that might not otherwise been viewable, etc. Nicole is strong communicator.. and seemed to work both east/west coast hours to take care of us. Incredibly responsive by text/phone/email. I always felt Nichole had our best interest at heart. Nichole went above and beyond to make this one of my best/easiest buying experiences ever. Selling Experience: After great buying experience, selected Nichole to sell a rental property in Atlanta. Nichole advised on where to invest money to fix up - and how to stage townhome to compete with other nearby units on the market. Again - Nichole was exceptionally communicative during entire process. Nichole wrote amazing copy for listing, and had a fantastic photographer take pictures. She sold my property for 100% of my asking price within 3 days of it being on market - despite exact same unit (similarly priced) next door that remained unsold for 6+ weeks before my unit went on market. Even after being under contract, Nichole followed up with other interested parties and completed a back-up offer (also at 100% asking price) - just in case anything went wrong with first offer. Thrilled that first offer closed with no issues. I will be using Nichole for all future real estate needs. Definitely recommending her to all family and friends. read more

If I could give Nichole more than 5 stars I would! She is the total package...extremely friendly, reliable, and very knowledgeable (industry and local). Not only that, she also has a fantastic network in case you need additional help throughout the process. As for our experience, we looked at a lot of houses and Nichole never seemed anxious or disgruntled that we hadn't bought one yet. She put in the same amount of time and effort on the 25th house as she did the 1st. She suggested new houses that were on the market and also updated us when she heard news about our target areas (ex: a new Publix will be built). She was also very flexible and worked around our schedules. When Looking at houses, Nichole would point out some potential concerns based on the age of the house (lead based paint, Styrofoam behind the siding, type of plumbing used during that time, etc.) which was above and beyond the typical realtor talking points. When we finally found "the one" and put in our offer, Nichole was very assertive and made sure our concerns were heard. I truly believe she had our best interest at heart instead of telling us what would simply seal the deal! In the end, I know we got the best possible deal we could! We then used her contacts for both the inspection and closing and couldn't be happier. Both were reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with. Needless to say, I will be using Nichole again when we out grow this house and are looking for an upgrade. I would gladly refer her to my friends and family also read more

If you are looking for an exceptional real estate agent, look no further! Nichole was fantastic when we purchased our townhouse with her a couple of years ago. Since that time, she has made herself available with recommendations (handyman, cleaning services, etc.) and to answer questions that we had. Naturally, when my husband and I were ready to sell, we reached back out to Nichole. I gave Nichole a call on a Thursday to inquire about listing the property with her. Within 2 days, we had our townhome photographed, listed on the MLS, and she held an open house. By Monday evening (4 days later!) she presented us with multiple offers, all well above asking price. The buyer was also interested in purchasing the furnishings. Nichole, completely exceeded our expectations and secured the sale of both the townhome AND all furnishings for WELL over what we had expected or hoped for! We were so impressed with how Nichole made the entire process so easy for us (we live out of state), the speed at which she was able to make it all happen, and the results that she delivered. Nichole Beroset is by far the best real estate agent with which I have ever worked. (And I have worked with many!) She knocked it out of the park for us, and she will do the same for you. read more

I can't recommend Nichole enough! We have worked together on three real estate transactions! Two purchases and one sale. We built our first townhome while planning our wedding and built our second home after finding out we were pregnant! Nichole makes the home buying and selling process so seamless that it's doable in whatever season you are in. She makes you a priority during the process by answering calls and emails at all hours and makes you feel as though you are her only client. When we came to her with the news we were pregnant and were looking for more space she immediately put together a list of possibilities based on our criteria. The very first neighborhood she suggested is where we ended up buying! We were under contract on the sale of our home in 24 hours, generating multiple offers, paid $0 towards closing costs, and sold the home as is. Our home ended up selling higher than the same floorplan that was active for 100+ days on the market two doors down. We highly recommend Nichole and are very happy with her process and our results! read more

Hiring Nichole as your realtor is a no-brainer! She was strongly referred to us by a close friend who had hired her to sell and buy their home with much success. This was the first home purchase for my husband and I, so while we researched about the process, there were still a lot of nuances we weren't aware of. Nichole was there for us; she is extremely knowledgeable, patient, communicative and makes a point to make herself available to her clients! We went under contract on a different home and ended up backing out. Nichole reassured us that she did not want us to settle for less than what we deserved, and she never made us feel guilty for all the initial work she put in to close that purchase. We ended up closing on our dream home under budget (in a seller's market) with Nichole's excellent negotiating skills assisting us along the way. She was persistent in making sure the sellers completed the agreed upon stipulations, making many calls and house visits. She always went the extra mile and we are so grateful for her! read more

Nichole Is absolutely the BEST in town! I have worked with her since 2015 on a relocation from the west coast... From the very first moment i met Nichole, i knew she was going to be an amazing partner in what can be an incredibly stressful time and a complicated market... I have worked with her now on a total of 3 transactions (2 as a buyer) and (1 as a seller) In All of our transactions we were on schedule with our closing(s) and were able to negotiate better than expected deals! She knows her stuff and how to maneuver through the hurdles of this complicated business and is always looking out for her clients and our best interest. She ALWAYS worked through every little detail with ease and always met our closing dates with her steadfast approach and effective communication style. I have recommended her to no less than 3 friends and co-workers and have come to find out they are doing the same! Can't wait for next opportunity to work with her again. read more

This deal would never of happened if it wasn't for Nichole. She knew what action to take through every turn. No matter what was thrown at her, she had a solution. Her grounded personality kept me calm and focused throughout the whole transaction. Whenever I needed anything, she was there to talk it through and collaborate on the next steps. She is detailed, I knew by working with her NOTHING would fall through the cracks. She outlined every step carefully and completely. She created enthusiasm for my property. She worked cooperatively and assertively with the buyer's agent. She protected me when the buyer made unreasonable demands. She was a sounding board and cheerleader when my nerves set in I cannot say enough positive things about Nichole. If you want an awesome negotiator, partner, experienced agent, she's your gal! Thanks again Nichole. read more

Nichole was our rock during our first home buying experience. While I am a first time home buyer, my family has been in the real estate business for years and I have met my fair share of realtors. Nichole is the best in the business. We decided to go with new construction, so the process was long and drawn out and had many milestones along the way. She is extremely organized, detail oriented, kind, and GREAT at her job! We could not have gotten through this process without her. She was such an amazing guide, always thinking 3 steps ahead of both us and the builder. She was with us every step of the way, and even after continues to check in and ensure we cross all our T's and dot the I's. She is a true professional, and I will insist anyone I know that is in the market of buying or selling a home call her. Save yourself hours of stress and call Nichole! read more

Where to start? As a first time home buyer, she made the entire process so much easier than I imagined possible. Moving in from out of state she was more flexible with my schedule than I was. She quickly understood my requirements on a home and took charge of the whole situation. She is a good teacher as I tend to ask a lot of questions but always had answers and explained out all the possibilities of a potential situation. Having contacts with inspectors, tradesmen etc made my closing happen lightning fast. Timing was a paramount concern for me and Nichole made viewing to closing happen in less than 45 days. Not to mention she saved me over $10k, even when I was willing to spend it. Buying or selling I recommend Nichole and I most definitely will be using her for my next real estate dealings read more

This is the second house I have bought using Nichole and once again I am so glad that I we had Nichole on our side of the negotiation table. She is always available for questions and always makes sure that we knew what to do and when to do it. She makes the buying process as easy as it can be in a crazy market. Our closing was definitely not the easiest closing process with the buyers we had to deal with but every step of the way she was making sure that everything was getting done and we were covered on our side of the contract. Even after the ink was dry on the contracts she constantly checked in and pushed the builder to do what they had promised. I highly recommend using her and I will definitely use her again in any future buying or selling. read more

As a high-end investor who's purchased and sold multiple properties around the country, I can say without a doubt, Nichole is by far the best agent I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Her intelligence; negotiation skills; strategy; attention to detail; follow-through; vendor connections, and proven results, place her well above anything I've ever witnessed in my decades long career of purchases and sales. Thanks to Nichole, my last 2 transactions exceeded my expectations and were completely stress- free. I'm still blown away by Nichole's strategy and results, which has ultimately regenerated my passion for real estate. And lastly, I would like to thank Siri (my iPhone) for the referral. Without her, none of this would have been possible! read more

Nichole is an amazing realtor and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her. She made the entire process stress free and it only took 30 days from listing to closing. In addition to being educated on the market and the neighborhood, she has great contacts with brokers, agents, contractors, etc. Within the first week of posting a very impressive listing that included professional pictures and a video of my townhouse, it resulted in 6x more views than the other active competition, 20+ showings and generated multiple offers. She also negotiated zero repairs after the inspection. Maybe most importantly, Nichole was always available via text or phone call and was consistently communicative throughout the entire process. read more

Nichole was recommended to us by a friend, and she blew away all of our expectations! She is professional, personable and knows the Atlanta area well. We made an offer on a new construction town home, and throughout the remainder of the build period she proactively sent us videos and updates of the progress that was being made. She helped us to navigate the offer, walk throughs, and requests that we had for the builder, and responded to all communication in an exceptionally timely manner. We did all of this from out of state and she made the process a breeze. We were so impressed with Nichole and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor! read more

Nichole Beroset is kind, thoughtful, intelligent and experienced. She literally brought her own home decor to our photo shoot. If a 10 star was available - I'd select it. Like you, probably reading up on her, I found her reviews and made a decision to call. We had similar interests and I knew within 5 seconds that she was someone we could trust. Nichole sold our home in 24 hours and still kept us updated on the details around the neighborhood weeks after. Nichole went miles for us and worked her experience... and even secured a backup offer just in case. I have no words that can fully articulate my appreciation for this talented human. read more

Calling Nichole was truly one of the best decisions we made in the home buying process. She truly went to bat for us and being that we are both introverts that was exactly what we needed. We had created a list of things we wanted the sellers to repair before closing. The sellers didn't want to make the fixes and were about to let our offer expire. Their sneaky seller's agent even lined up a back up offer. We were so frustrated! Nichole got on the phone and pestered the sellers agent for an ENTIRE day until he agreed to the repairs. We were able to save so much money because of her hard work and dedication. I can't recommend her enough. read more

Nichole Beroset was the best home buying mentor and realtor a girl could ask for. She gave me wise advice and we made it happen. She was more than a realtor, she was a home buying "COACH" for me. She did not just show me houses, close, and then never hear from her again. She has stayed in touch with me making sure I filed my homestead exemption, that any home warranty issues were resolved, and even giving me feedback so I did not over improve my home with the renovations. Seriously she was amazing!! "Best realtor EVER!! Every detail...even down to the butterfly champagne she gifted me at the closing read more

Cannot say enough about how great the experience was working with Nichole. She was with us from beginning to sale and afterwards. She helped us set a price and stage the house. Her photographer was fantastic. She communicated concisely and clearly throughout the process. Her negotiations during the sale were steadfast and placed us in the best possible place. She was realistic about pricing, showings and negotiations at all times. She was principled, honest and has a wicked sense of humor (which helps relieve stress). She earned every one of these stars and we would highly recommend her. read more

I have worked with Nichole twice - with the purchase of my first home 17 years ago and then the sale of that home recently. She is professional, detail oriented, patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about the process from beginning to end. I always knew Nichole was working for my best interest to ensure the best outcome for me. Her work ethic is exceptional, her response time to calls or emails is quick. I have moved out of Georgia and am disappointed that I won't be able to use Nichole for a new home purchase in my new state. I highly recommend Nichole - no one will work harder for you. read more

Nichole was the best realtor we could ask for. She was knowledgeable about the area and was prepared for any questions we had. She was a patient teacher as she taught us the ins and out of the home buying process. I would recommend her as a realtor to anyone, but also especially to any first time home buyers, such as ourselves. I would also like to mention her expertise in negotiating. In a sellers market, she was able to negotiate down the purchase price, as well as our closing costs. I can't stress enough, if you are looking for a near perfect realtor, you found her in Nichole Beroset. read more
