We have a condo in Atlanta that we have been thinking about selling. After talking to 4 different agents including Jeff (all of which we found through Yelp) and getting their opinions on the potential sale and the current market conditions, we were most impressed with Jeff. He is the most candid agent we have spoken with. Unlike the other agents who went along with our sale idea, Jeff shared with us his concerns about the current market being at the bottom. He also pulled data to show that there is a lot of competition out there for us due to the number of foreclosure condos on sale in that building. More importantly he told us about the current reputation of the building among potential buyers, something we were not aware of. In a nutshell, he advised us against selling right now due to the various concerns. In his words "if you can hold out, just rent it out for now, and wait for a while". We thought that his advice came with good supporting evidence and it really changed our original opinion of selling the condo.
