He is still using Yohimbine on horses even though the FDA and package inserts say not to use this on horses. I didn't even know he was giving this drug to my horse until he killed her. And on top of all that, he had a vet tech working for him that was selling a paint mare. I bought the mare and turns out she is lame. Stay away from this guy.

She took the time to explain everything, answer our (many!) questions, and made sure Miss Priss was as comfortable as possible. The swelling is being monitored closely, and thanks to Dr. Crabtree's thoughtful care plan--including bed rest and Epsom salt soaks--we're hopeful our little diva will be back to ruling the roost in no time! However, he was taken out of the room to somewhere else and I never saw the exam or how he was treated or how everyone interacted with him. Different. The first visit I met 5 different people and no one introduced themselves except for the doctor. Someone,?, an older lady, came in to give a shot and backed my dog into a corner and leaned over him without even talking to him first. Another tech ? Joined in to lean over him in the corner. Not cool. He's not a biter, but that would have been the time. Second visit, different tech? No name. Took him out of the room, ok. Came back and said a cleaning would be 800$-1000$. After the doctor came in, it dropped a few hundred. Took him to Dr. Mireles in Frisco, who we had seen before. The cleaning without the bloodwork was $391. The bloodwork was not mandatory. Super clean and new office. Take your pally there!

Every time I visit the vet we are greeted by Karen & are quickly put in the exam room with Dr. Shelton. They are top notch from giving my pets vaccinations, to diagnosing an abscess lump on my German Shepherd, finding allergy relief for our pug & even meeting me on a Sunday night when they are CLOSED to help send my 16yr old chihuahua mix over the rainbow bridge. Not only is Dr. Shelton a wonderful veterinarian but the prices are VERY FAIR & AFFORDABLE!! I worked for a "city vet"for many years and even with an employee discount I walked away paying higher prices! I am very thankful for this animal hospital!!!! Keep up the awesome work!!!

We had a cat with a large oral cancer and Dr Aldridge was the only vet to notice it after two others failed too. Unfortunately, it was too late to surgically address. He was honest about it, offered his experience in these cases and did not sale a hopeless procedure that compromised quality of life. He also treated a rescue with heart worms for us and again was honest regarding outcomes. He was available when we needed him. The current staff is kind and friendly.
