Starting at the front desk Sherri was always so helpful and worked closely to ensure I was able to schedule all my therapy sessions. Sherri was especially helpful when I needed to change days and time. She always greeted me by name and was so upbeat. All the Physical Therapists I dealt with were incredible. Collectively they were always positive and took a genuine in my progress. I am convinced I would not have progressed as well as I did without John, Maggie, Victoria, Brent, Brannon and the rest of the Physical Therapists. Every one truly knew their profession and really took the time to challenge me every time I had a therapy session. They always greeted me by name and took a vested interest in my progress. There are a lot of choices for physical therapy and I truly believe First Choice Therapy should be everyone's first choice for therapy. Thanks to the entire team at First Choice.

I corrected the error in their system, yet upon arrival the error still persisted. The visit with the practitioner was fine. Very polite and courteous. It was after the visit did the experience take a turn for the worse. I was in need of physical therapy for a sciatic injury but needed a referral before therapy could start. I was told that the therapy center would contact me prior to scheduling. 2 weeks and nothing. I even visited the Center that was preferred and referred upon my visit to MSHFM only to learn that MSHFM did not send the referral. 2 weeks of excruciating pain and they NEVER received the order. I then took matters in my own hands and changed centers and had to start the process over again. Rework is not productive. Finally, I had received an order for lab / blood work, which I had performed at a local lab within 48 hours of my office visit to BMSHFM. BMSHFM phoned 4 months later asking why I'd never made a lab appointment. The rep said that they had no record of the results, calling twice to tell me this, yet I was able to find them immediately with the lab location via their portal. Way too many process issues to ever trust my health with this circus operation again.

My first visit there, which was my last visit. They worked on my neck and injured my neck. so I had to seek treatment for that for months. I'm sure they're pretty good in someways, but for me they were awful. Needless to say, I will never use them. The quality of care when it came to my neck and shoulder were nonexistent.

We were greeted warmly upon arrival and they had each of us complete a form identifying areas of pain to focus on for the massage. We did a 1 hour couples massage, and we chose the luxury package which included the massage, hot stones, Epsom salt, and CBD oil( we declined the cbd oil and went with coconut instead). My husband had the female owner and we noticed when we came in the room a track above our heads with handles. We knew that was for someone to walk on your back- we thought it was an option and it was included. That is the reason for the 4 stars is I wish it was explained to us or we were given a choice for him to not have that because it is a different experience. Everything else was good. We loved the oil, salt scrub and hot stone massages. One thing we liked was that after the oil and scrub they wiped us down with warm wash clothes. We had a massage on a cruise and we were covered in oil when we left it was horrible, so this was a much better experience! The owners/ masseuses were very sweet and kind and accommodating. Just make sure you acknowledge and aware of the type of massage technique you are getting.
